Faralya Hotel was high up in the hills with a lovely view. Unfortunately that is where the joy ceased.

I went on my first yoga week away and we stayed with Fred, Irmak and their family at the Faralya hotel. The setting is stunning, I never tired of watching the sun over the sea and the beautiful sunsets each evening. The only sounds are...More
I've just come back from my 4th stay at this lovely family run hotel after a relaxing week of yoga and sunshine. The home cooked vegetarian food is very good with lots of fresh fruit. Couldn't find a more relaxing place and the staff couldn't...More
Beautiful peaceful location for yoga retreat. Fred and his staff could not have been more friendly or helpful - particularly with my gluten free diet. Thoroughly recommend this hotel for recharging batteries. 30 minute walk to shingle beach but easy bus or taxi ride to...More

From the hotel website.. "Our Turkish hosts prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Packed lunches are available on request. A vegan option is available, if requested with your booking. The dining area is a vine-covered terrace, with views of the sea. Breakfast consists of: village baked fresh bread, local mountain honey, yoghurt, marmalade, eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, coffee, tea, or herb tea. The Faralya focuses on veggie and vegan food, but is not exclusively vegetarian. The kitchen is very hygienic, producing good local village-style food. Fish and meat are cooked in a separate area from the main kitchen. The fruit and vegetable gardens around the hotel are cultivated organically."
I think you can make your gluten free choice from what is available.
