Fantastic hotel, staff very welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. Bridgetown within walking distance. We hired a car for a few days to see a little more of the island. The flower Caves are a must although the restaurant was a little costly, the food was delicious.

We returned to this fantastic hotel in February for 14 nights. The place is the same as it was, the food has improved, the rooms are great and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Didn't want to leave would happily stay for months We will be back

First booked in June 2016 to visit on March 6th, 2017. I received a phone call on March 3rd 2017 to advise me that the hotel had been overbooked and that we had to be moved to Discovery Bay, some 20 minutes away from the island inn, and was particularly inconvenient seeing as the holiday was based on the cricket,...

We have just returned from a two week holiday at the Island Inn. We chose this hotel, having decided to visit Barbados to watch the cricket, due to it being very small and having read previous reviews from guests who return year after year. We were not disappointed, after an initial worry that everyone already seemed to know each other...

Even though this was our third stay here compared to most of the other guests we were still novices ( one couple were on their 14th stay) So clearly this place has to be doing something right to get so many repeat customers and in my view they are. Great staff who are always ready with a smile and a...

Booked this hotel in June just as cricket tour dates were announced. We were offered a choice of rooms so no over booking then!! We were contacted three days before our flight and told the accommodation was not available and we would have to move to another hotel ten miles away. The conversation went on for 24hrs and got quite...

This is a small hotel with no pretensions but which provides almost individual attention. My wife and I stayed for 10 days together with my sister and husband and from first walking through the door we felt relaxed and 'at home'. The distance from the entrance to your room is short but the rooms are spacious. Your luggage is taken...

BE WARNED!!! I and a group of friends booked this hotel in July 2016. Four days before our departure we we're informed of over booking and we had been moved 12k away! We deliberately booked Bridgetown because we are going to ODI at Kensington Oval. This is abysmal treatment and I'm furious. To add insult to injury we were offered...

I stayed here after sailing passage to Barbados and it was just what I needed - calm, relax, cozy. Staff was very helpful and friendly and I loved they called me by my first name. The food was really good, I do not know if it was because I had eat canned stuff the past weeks, but it made me...

We visit here in Sept 2012, our 5th time in Barbados we absolutely love it there. Great location a few mins walk from the beach at Carlisle bay, shame there are no sun beds to hire. This is a very small hotel which is not your typical all inclusive, you are fairly restricted to what you can eat but we...
