Full of History and a Beautiful place to visit . The Garden Bar Area overlooks the Malecon, perfect for sunset Mojitos. I will highly suggest not to waste your money at the Buffet bc the food was tasteless and horrible.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

My wife and I spent two nights at the Hotel Nacional de Cuba at the end of our four-week holiday in Cuba. This was the crowning jewel of a wonderful holiday. We were astounded by this beautiful 1930s art deco hotel. The hotel foyer is classically beautiful. Our entire stay was faultless, from the pleasant concierage and receptionist service upon...

Came here with wife and teens during our spring break trip to catch up on emails and enjoy the beautiful lanai and grounds. Best wifi speeds in Havana here. The sunset over the Malecon on the back patio should not be missed. Don't forget to order yourself a mojito or daiquiri.

This is an incredible building in a fantastic setting looking over the ocean. The history of this place is fascinating. Iconic hotel on the Malecon. Looks very much like The Breakers in Palm Beach, except 50 years ago.The historical significance of this hotel was not lost on us. Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe, US presidents, captains of industry and movie stars have stayed here. In it's heyday, I can imagine it had to be the cream de la cream!! As tourism...

Have a drink on the outdoor patio. You can almost imagine what Havana was like before World War II when rich people went to Havana for the evening to enjoy the drinks and the music. It is charming. It's not walking distance to Old Havana but if you can afford to stay here you can take one of the convertible...

I stayed two nights at the beginning of a fourteen day tour of Cuba and two nights at the end of the tour. This is a grand old hotel built in the thirties. I am sure the hotel has never been renovated and, as you would guess, it looks a bit worn. The grounds are very nice and the back...

The service, the gardens especially are really nice where, like many places in Cuba, you can enjoy live music during your stay. It has a lovely cigar shop where you can buy and smoke cigars if you...
