Have been to cuba 5 times this year . I enjoy smaller quieter resorts and also the music and entertainment in Havana ! The staff at this resort are very kind and helpful ,if you have any kind of a problem they will try to rectify it . There is a beautiful cove with a fantastic beach at this resort...

We stayed here for 4 days in March, as a "long-weekend in Cuba get away". It was good value for money. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly enough. Beer at the pool was 1 convertible peso. Taxi into the heart of Havana was cheap - the front desk will arrange that. The breakfast was included, and it...

I give it 'Very Good' for the money at the price we paid. The staff does present some English problems for language but tried very hard (hey you are in a foreign country). Granted the room we booked was not ready for us on arrival. We were quickly switched to another room that was clean and ready and had an...

First they would not accept my hotel booking made in the UK. I was not the only one!!!Then they made me pay 3x more than I had already paid. I had to argue for them to accept a credit card. Great start to first day. The room which was basic but acceptable was filthy. The sheets stained and the shower...

Don't stay here for the food, really comfortable beds (they are small and FIRM), or peace and quiet...there is loud music in the pool area during the day and at the restaurant at night. But, the rooms are clean (although basic) and the shower and sink had hot water most of the time, the air conditioning in the rooms was...

I really wonder why Sunwings would bother to offer this place... Yes, I realize it's only 2.5 stars and seems cheap when booking but when you get here you'll quickly feel that you still over paid. At minimum you'd expect to be clean and safe to inhabit but first you'll notice how run down the place is. Secondly, garbage is...

After 6 days In a hell hole (Hotel Colina) In Havana we finally arrived here after we were refused rooms we had paid for before we left the UK. we could not believe the noise we were expected to put up with all day and evening from the pool, it was awful and so loud....its not fun, I love music...

An average hotel, where the bar closes at 9 p.m. sharp, and the front desk isn't much help if you only speak English. Having said that, the beach next to the hotel is pretty good, and Santa Maria Beach is just 3-4 stops by cheap public bus. We stayed in #23, which was large but had a dirty bedspread which...

To begin with...we thought we paid for an upgraded larger room and were told "all Transat rooms the same". When the Transat rep came she had us moved in moments to another room more in line with what we expected. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet at night the linens were clean and plenty of towels. It wasn't overly...
