Dear joana thank you for your opinion, sorry to have caused so much trouble within a month will begin to make repairs to the hotel and within them is the replacement of air conditioners and other things that improve the standard of the hotel, thanks
The hotel looks very nice with rocking chairs in the portal. BUT: there was no water when we arrived un the afternoon and no water after 22:30. I had to go down in the middle of the night for them to put on the watermotor....More

Thank you for your comment, when I return to Havana, you can stay at the hotel so that you can enjoy all our services, including the Wi-Fi service, which would only cost you 1.00 cuc

No e-mail. I looked up the hotel on the internet, reserved on-line and pre-paid with a VISA credit card. I recieved confirmation/voucher via e-mail, which when presented at the check-in worked smoothly.
