This was a very nice hotel for Havana but the reason I am giving it 3 stars is because of the service. The doorman and receptionist are not very friendly at all, they could barely smile. I am used to wonderful customer service in North America. When you arrive at a hotel and pay you expect customer service that should...

Hotel location is great. Easy to walk to all main central and historic district sites. I stayed here twice in April and had two different room types, both of them were very spacious. I found the beds very comfortable and there was no lack of decent pillows. The lobby is pretty small, but there is a larger space for sitting...

This hotel was built in recent years, and has all the modern conveniences, including WiFi and cable TV with CNN and BBC (unusual in Cuba). It's a European-style boutique hotel of about 8 floors. Swimming pool and lounge on the roof, with a beautiful view. Centrally-located, kitty-corner from the capital building. Convenient to everything, walking distance to many attractions and...

Gosh, nothing quite prepares you for Havana. A ride in a fantastic old American car, cover your mouth and nose from the fumes, and there you are in the middle of Havana. Easy to walk, bus, cab, coco, horse to everywhere that needs to be seen The hotel is clean , well staffed and really what we expected.Do not think...

This hotel has lovely facilities and is located in a great location for all of the sights of old Havana. We were allocated a lovely room, nice and large on the front of the hotel in the 7th floor which offered a great view. The bar on the mezzanine floor was a nice place to enjoy a drink later in...

I stayed there for 4 nights in April, an expectacular view from rooftop and excellents mojitos there. Personnel nice in bars and some girls in reception . blonde girl and her partner is like if they were upset of being there or we were just making them a favor. At mezzanine bar guys are nice and friendly. They serve a...

This is absolutely THE closest thing to a 5* Hotel in Havana. I stay at many hotels because of my work, and have learned to love them all for what they bring to the party, but concerning Luxury, this hotel is the very best. From the well appointed rooms, to the gorgeous and huge bathroom, to the on-site spa, and...

Although Cuba is trying to encourage tourists it is not yet a 5* venue. The Cuban people are wonderful and have in-built soul - there is music everywhere and after a couple of days your "British reserve" melts and you find yourself Salsa-ing to the sounds of music as you wander through the cobbled streets. To enjoy yourself in Cuba...

Traditional luxury in Havana is not easy to find…at least not the style Americans are accustomed to. The Saratoga does its best to provide a comfortable, clean, and safe place for guests while visiting Havana. Located within walking distance from many museums, Saratoga Hotel is in a great spot. Towels are not plush, bath products are basic, sheets may or...
