Truly great staff and manager Eddie is awesome. Good food, Lovely and tranquil atmosphere. Great place for a very quiet, relaxing vacation. Small resort, so you will have opportunity to get to know the staff and some other fellow travellers. Mostly quiet, book-reading or hiking/cycling...More
It is my third visit to Brisas Los Galeones; twice solo once with my wife. There is nothing like it because of guaranteed seclusion as a result its location and ease of access to its more bustling sister resort, Brisas Sierra Mar and the charming...More
Disappointed to find we were booked into Brisas Sierra Mar a sister hotel some distance away. We stayed there last year, checked out Los Galeones and determined to come there this year to enjoy some peace and quiet. They had no record of our booking...More

Not much really, the travel companies sell excursions that primarily run out of Brisas Sierra Mar, like catamaran and trips to Santiago. Pricey with travel companies but complicated to organize on your own unless you are comfortable to do that.
Los Galeones tends to attract people who are self sustaining visitors and you are not likely to have much success mobilizing enough people for an excursion unless you are travelling as a group. You can walk, though it requires going down and up the mountain. Walking to Wilbur's (bottom of the road in) for dinner is a very nice evening.
