I had a wonderful time. Special thanks to the ladies at the front desk who were absolutely delightful: Ivette and Mayte. Leymis at the sky blue was amazing! Ale the bartender at the Jazz Club went above and beyond. These people made our stay very pleasant. Thank you.

Modern and clean hotel. A Little bit far from downtown Varadero, but you can take the bus directly at the lobby for 5$ US per Day, so not a big deal. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A very special mention to the animation team and my new friend Jenifer, i enjoy all the activities with you!!!

Amazing friendly staff, great buffet and food variety, best Cuban coffee and fantastic place to stay with family and younger kids. The animation team does a wonderful job with the children, especially Rachel with her beautiful contagious sonrisa (smile) and enthusiastic energy during her mini club disco in the evenings, a must see and participate during your stay! We will come back soon. Hasta la próxima!

This resort is definitely one of the better options in Varadero. Being a newer resort, the rooms were clean and towels were changed daily. The buffet got really busy after 8am in the morning and the staff struggled to keep up with the table cleaning and coffee refills. Be cautious with some of the dishes as they put pork in everything. The beach is beautiful - some rocky sections as you enter the water. A few jellyfish to watch out for but tons of fish to see so bring your snorkels. Staff do not want CAD $ so bring US $ with you for tips and purchases in the resort. The Havana premium tour is totally worth doing. Javier was an amazing tour guide for the day. Just outside the resort at the oasis plaza is a small convenience store and 3 restaurants. The teppanyaki restaurant is 10/10 - 4 of us ate for $25. And the food is amazing.

The resort is fairly new so it’s very nice. The rooms are beautiful just like the pictures. The beach is nice but is rocky getting into the water. The rocks are large and flat so it’s not too bad. But if you’re a beach person this might not be the resort for you or you could walk further down the beach and look for a better spot but you won’t be on the resort. I booked an ocean view, but didn’t get the room when I got there. It’s a quiet hotel and the maid service was great There was toilet paper in the room, but nowhere else in the hotel. I recommend carrying toilet paper or tissue with you at all times. I do recommend locking all valuables, such as money, passport, and medication in the safe. The overall service in the hotel was excellent, everyone was very friendly. Budget some time for the buffet because they’re not very organized, they’re very slow and there’s some lineups. They don’t check very often to see if there are plates, bowls, and spoons, I had to keep asking. The food was pretty good for Cuba They cooked the meat on the griddle and it was excellent Including chicken, fish and pork, it was restaurant quality. They’ll cook your omelet on the same grill in the morning but I didn't find they cooked it long enough, it was too runny for me.. The homemade ice cream was very good. The best coffee was in the lobby bar, but they ran out of coffee, 3/4 of the way through our trip. Other resorts were experiencing the same shortage. They made homemade potato/plantain chips in the snack bar and sometimes on the Buffet, they were good. The vegetables were usually over cooked. I stuck to the raw vegetables at the start of the Buffet, such as coleslaw and raw carrots. They made the best focaccia bread, but I only saw it once. I didn’t like any of the desserts, they weren’t very good at all except for the ice cream. The milk is powered so I didn’t try the cereal. They don’t know how to make pasta sauce, I would stay away from it unless you bring, a jar of pesto or hot sauce. I don’t think the white sauce is Alfredo, I think it’s Béchamel sauce. The Cuban restaurant was surprisingly good. The food in the Italian restaurant was not good, they use the same sauce as the Buffet and the pizza was cooked on a premade flatbread. The food in the Asian restaurant was pretty good. Things I would recommend bringing with you: Your own towel if you plan on moving down the beach. I would recommend bringing hot sauce, pesto sauce, mayonnaise, peanut butter, or jam. They don’t have this at all. You should bring your own salt and pepper. They have salt and pepper in the Buffet restaurant but it’s on a plate and when you asked for it, they just bring it from another table so someone else has used it already. You might want to bring some coffee as a backup. The rooms come with a Nespresso coffee maker, if you would like a coffee in your room. You should bring the chiseled looking capsules not the round dome looking ones, none were provided. All in all it was a great hotel.

What can I say? The resort is a new resort that is very clean. We celebrated our 38th anniversary here, and it was not a mistake. From the time we arrived to the time we left Daily and Kendra has taken care of us. We feel like we are leaving family behind. If you are looking to celebrate any special event I recommend it here. Theses ladies will take good care of you.

Rooms: are brand new so of course no problem there - most have some sea or channel views Food: Let's not go there, we go to Cuba for the sea, the people, the sun. But Seriously if you can't find something to eat - best to stay home... Eggs every morning, grilled stations (pork, fish, chicken), snack bar and mini buffet for lunch. Not running out of wine or mojitos! Beach: aha... ok so yes, it is not the perfect white sandy beaches like closer to Varadero town. But it is fine, some sand is little coarser, some shells, some rocks. People: Love you all! big thanks to our maid Jorginhia, pool bar Alexey and Yamara. Lobby bar Dennis, Jazz bar (best drinks in the evening) Alejandro. Entertainment Yamara and Giancarlo - Sylvia at the buffet - missing others I am sorry... And hats off to chef/manager Gokhan! He is present from morning to evening!

My family and I stayed at this resort at the end of January 2024. Firstly, the resort is extremely clean and well kept. The food was as expected for Cuba but the buffet had many options with something for everyone. The highlight of this resort is really the staff! The staff all over the resort were extremely kind and friendly, always accommodating with smiles on their faces. They went above and beyond to make sure the stay was perfect. We had the pleasure of spending some time with Rachel, a staff member who was able to really teach us about Cuba and made our time at this resort extra special! We had a couple days which were cold but that did not stop the entertainment from providing entertainment all throughout the day! We had an amazing time because of them. If you ever get the chance to visit, I highly recommend it! The staff truly make all the difference.

I can't believe how beautiful this place is.... Let's start with the room it is modern and has a big bathroom, a small fridge, and a nice view that beets the snow. The buffet is busy every time it's open and has lots to choose from if your picky, you'll find something. Upgrade to Vip: we had the choice of chicken fish or lobster every night, but we did the Italian and the cuban al la cart All were very good Up stares at the sky blue 💙 we had Rosie and Suzie they gave us the best smiles and service thank you.....To the chef I wish I got his name but I wish I did he was wonderful. Down in the lobby bar, Amanda was amazing she kept up with everyone wanting drinks. Thank you, Amanda. Check-in was easy, and the night entertainment at night was great The pool is cold but you get used to it and then it's great! Alex at the pool bar awsome he remembered what we drank and always was happy to see each of us Big shout out to Paul Cabrera. we saw him all around the hotel and always asked how we are today he is the hotel manager Thank you all for making my holiday one. I will remember I will come back to this hotel
