Great stay for a layover hotel. Room was decent Overall no bad experience, staff was very helpful. 1-day layover and it was very close to the airport, would recommend to take a taxi there, not easy to walk to the hotel.

The hotel is good for one or maybe two nights max. While the staff is very friendly and accommodating, the room itself needs a serious facelift. The room I was given had furniture that was beat-up and long past its prime. In addition, the blanket in the closet was filled with long hairs and stains. It did not looked like it had been washed in a long time. Overall, despite the less than stellar appearance of the room, the place is fine for a short stop but expect the rooms to be basic and kind of rundown.

This place isn't as it looks. It's dirty the restaurant literally has 5 (five) options on it. The service is terrible. Very incompetent. Most of the staff you need to deal with can't speak or understand English.DON'T STAY HERE. Not worth it at all.

Best hospitable service i have ever received at any hotel in Curacao. The Staff treated me like family; from front desk, to kitchen staff, to maid service. Very convenient location, food at the restaurant was Delicious! Not a 4stars hotel, but the human touch makes up for everything! I will always make this hotel my home when visiting the island.

Pay less get less. 1st of all i did not want to stay here as i work in hospitality my self and wanted to have a memorable experience. However we decide to stay here any way as most of the time we will be out. I new i would not be expecting much. Wi-Fi connection horrible, phone beeping all night. Neighbors fighting and slamming doors when entering and existing room. Hvac not working, full of mold and leaking. Requested to fixed it they forgot. When they eventually could fix it they could not fixed the issue and offered a room move. Cold showers. Showering was a mess. Water all over the bathroom, my hair everywhere and everything was soak under water. Cleaning, i lifted the bed and beneath was dirty filthy, dusty and spider web. Housekeeping ladies talking loud in the morning. Agents with no costumer experience lacking interested towards guest. it look like a huge efort to provide help. Defiantly not worth the money paid for. On top of all of this if you want a late check out with all the above mention issue you still have to pay for it. Where was my discount, compensation and or apology. No where!!

Could not recommend this hotel more! I stayed here because I had an overnight layover and I felt so safe and accommodated for. They have great, friendly staff who are always ready to help you (24/7 desk help) and the most gorgeous sundeck pool and bar. There’s also a casino, an option for breakfast at their restaurant and even dinner. The rooms were gorgeous and a great size for such a reasonable price and the front desk even aided me in getting my taxi arranged to the airport. I loved staying here!

Wifi barely worked Loud music on a Tuesday till late Room wasn't very clean I almost fell down the stairs as the floor had to adhesives for outdoor tiles on the upper half. Shudayrah's service was the best spark in a very dull experience.

Would not recommend. Some of the staff is extremely nice but the facility is lacking. No hot water, the wifi doesn’t not work in the rooms, there is no restaurant and the poolside bar is a joke cause it’s never open. I have never been bitten by mosquitoes so much in my life. All transfers to get food at minimum is gonna be a 40 taxi charge. Do yourself a favor stay downtown. At least you will already be near everything you need. Nothing is here works fr at all aside from the casino. Room was definitely good for the price but pay the extra, it will save you in the long run. 15 Dollar breakfast is not worth it….. that is the only thing available to eat here unless you buy candy

The worst airport hotel ever. If there was a 0 star rating this ‘hotel’ would get it. I arrived at 5:30, hungry and tired. Was told the bar and restaurant was closed because of recent rain. No nearby places so it would have been $20 taxi to find somewhere and $20 back. The place was full of mosquitos, including my room. Almost no sleep and the taxi organised by the hotel didn’t show up until i reminded the staff.
