This hotel is located in the heart of the colonial zone in a renovated structure that was built in the 1500s I believe. There are some interesting artifacts in the lobby that were found during the renovation as well as some items from other parts of the island. We had a group of 13 people who stayed here. The manager...

Spent 2 nights here in January, I was very satisfied with this hotel. Located in Zona Colonial this is good base for exploring and walking there. Both the area and hotel felt safe. Hotel itself is quite small and located in old building, which gave it nice and cozy feeling. Room was big enough and clean. I really liked the...

It's quiet, nice room with the colonial essence. When arrived there I was so tired but the staff's welcome cheered me up. They were very helpful, helped...

I was amazed to stumble upon this very reasonably priced, tastefully renovated and beautifully decorated 16th century house within a short walk of El Conde. The staff are really nice and attentive. Breakfast is included. Charming courtyard with birds and plants. Comfortable and clean rooms. Laundry service. Great pizzeria on the corner. Only problem is that the hotel across the...

The only 2 good points about this hotel is the entrance and the pool which are absolutely charming. Staff was not kind and the room was dark and smelly. Breakfast bellow from average! I have been to saint domingo in the past and you can find so much better in the same style for the same money!

Lovely hotel in colonial zone. Perfect location. The room was clean and comfortable. Great view from the jacuzzi and the beers were refreshingly icy cold. Thank you Consulado for the warm hospitality.
