this is a well maintened victorian house with 7 rooms,in the downtown area of puerto plata, is a guest house ,don't expect hotel service,the landlord lady is there 24/7 ,close to main streets,plaza,banks and stores,nice restaurants around the corner.must important for about 20 dollars you get a room with a/c ,cable tv and clean showers. the lady will call a taxi for trips to the beach,airport,etc..

If you are looking for a place to pass the night and you dont have much money this is the perfect place for you, it is like home the lady is very friendly and attentive, it is Economical, comfortable and clear and for sure safe to go by the way.

la propriétaire nous accueille chaleureusemnt,propose le café le matin.
pension bien située pour visiter;les chambres sont austères mais le ménage est fait.;et vu le faible prix des chambres c'est correct.
les chambres donnent sur une charmante cour intérieur au calme où l'ont peut se reposer aprés la chaleur de la ville à l'ombre d'un manguier;

Je suis partie à puerto plata dans cette établissment plusieurs fois, c'est comme si on était à la maison:ptit café dominicain proposé par la gérante le matin, personnel souriant !! on peut lire un livre dans un ptit salon convivial qui nous mélange un peu a la vie dominicaine. Le seul hic obligé de payer en liquide en pesos dom et savoir un peu s'exprimé en espagnol !
Je le conseille vivement .
