Visited with owner at the condo many times last winter so we feel very good about staying here. Penthouse with great ocean views. The grounds are immaculate and the staff are helpful. We cannot wait to return to our beloved Cabarete and our many friends.

best value and location in cabarete. walk to everything. Unit C-3 is outstanding!!! Completely renovated penthouse and dining on the balcony was the icing on the cake. Great security and the staff are extremely helpful

This place has everything you need and want for a relaxing vacation. The view is amazing!! We have spent most of our time on the patio enjoying the sun and sound of the waves. It is close to the road so you do hear traffic at night but it can be drowned out by the waves or your AC. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Janet's Supermarket is a short walk away. The furnishings are comfortable. My husband and I love it here. Short walk to town, just look out for traffic. You can also walk along the beach to town during low tide. This has quickly become my favorite place in the world.

It turned out to be more than what was depicted on the website, with wonderful views a tremendous pool and beach and that spacious equipped balcony was the ideal start to every day. The apartment could not be better located and the binder provided in the apartment along with our host Julius and his recommendations on dining and transportation made the trip one of our most memorable. The living room and dining room were large and comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, the bedrooms and bathrooms luxurious, the building well-maintained and quiet. All was spotlessly clean and the linens and towels generously supplied. The mid-week cleaning was an unexpected bonus! Its in a perfect location, very easy to get around and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants.

My boyfriend and I had a marvelous time at Playa Ventosa. The condo was an absolutely perfect home base for us. Super comfortable in every way; immaculate, well-appointed, and beautifully decorated. The pool area is lovely, the common areas and gardens are extremely well-kept. The location is amazing:right on the beach, just a short walk to grocery stores, shops, numerous bars and restaurants. We could not have wished for better accommodations in charming Cabarete. Julios, the property manager was great. Hi Julios!

This area very close to town centre and minutes from grocery store . It has a great pool but you cannot safely swim on beach in front due to reefs. However you can walk 5 min and be on Cabarete beach . The condos are for most part very nice , it depends on owner so ask to see a few. Security is awesome and view breath taking. However one down fall is the crazy wind at this location but in the heat it's a nice breeze.

stayed all of february 2015 in F1 unit at Playa Ventosa. Nice location a couple of blocks from the grocery store and 10 minute walk to the restaurants and the downtown. Quiet and the security gives total privacy. Other guests were very welcoming and enjoyed a wonderful pig roast the second week. First view with the infinity pool with the backdrop of the ocean was breathtaking. Pam Jackson responds immediately to any problem and security is both friendly and prompt. Condo was immaculate and very functional. Sliding glass doors opened to the ocean and watching the surf for 30 days was my favorite site. Strongly recommend this complex and can't wait to hopefully return in 2017.
