I was there this weekend with some friends and some bad things happened. Let me start with the good things: I loved the views, be in contact with the nature the food at El Caracol Restaurant was Top of Tops. We were not addressed to our room after the check in, Tv did not work, rooms look like old and...

The hotel is more like an crash in place to rest before continuing a road trip the next day, nice pool area to relax. The breakfast was good, the room is an simple bedroom but it is nice and cozy... I mean one night or two night crashing in is fine but not to stay for long if your purpose...

I hate to give a bad review but this hotel just needs to get a few things ironed out. First of all, the building in front of my room in being constructed, right in front of my door there is a well, there is limited wi-fi and cable tv. I asked for an extra pillow, and they didn't have any....

This is a very tired run down hotel, reminiscent of the ropey motels that once littered the US. I find it difficult to reconcile the reviews and room pictures with our experience. Our 2 rooms were extremely basic and in near darkness throughout the day, with a solitary cell-size window – even with bright sunshine outside, the only way to...

There aren’t very many options for independent travel in the Dominican Republic. This was advertised as a suite, but it was more ikea than chic and on the small side. Having said that, it was nice and clean. We did not eat at the restaurant. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. It is away from the beach town...

Nice place to stay if you are on your way in or out the DomRep. The room was clean, bed comfortable and the fan is doing his job. They offer good food (mostly Italian and American style) but don't expect English speaking servers. Very friendly reception staff with good English.

We choose this hotel because of its location: we were flying home the day after so we choose something very close to the airport. When we arrive we were positively impress by the hotel facility and by the friendly people at the reception. The room we got was big and clean. The dinner was good. There was free wifi everywhere....
