We enjoyed all accommodations at this location. Zorrilla our butler assure that everything was in order. One of our concerns was the COVID 19 testing and, this quickly turned into a none issue. The attention to detail was just right for us, as we were looking to relax and get away from our usual hustle. We will return to receive this very needed turn key service.

We can't say enough about our experience with NOW ONYX Punta Cana. Our family took an 8 day trip in February and it was amazing. The resort and the employees went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. During these challenging times it was hard to make a decision on traveling however we did and with the help of our travel agent Karen Murdock at Windy City Travel (Who is Amazing) we did it! So glad we did and felt so safe. The Covid testing is on site and made it easy for us. There is so much of the staff we want to thank for their warm hospitable and great service. If i forget to mention names i apologize however all staff working the week of Feb 12 to 20th Were #1` Let start with Aris our butler who went above and beyond with getting our needs met on our trip....He was professional and friendly.Our pool bartender and wait staff Alexander (your awesome) Christian at the Coco Cafe and server for the main lobby shows ( Your fantastic). Thanks for everything and great job to David and Minihan. The entertainment was super fun and we made a great friend Kevin Hart. Kevin Thanks for making our son feel the fun in the sun and for teaching him pool skills and for keeping everyone smiling!. The Spa was awesome and my hubby and I did multiple treatments they were all great and very clean! Our preffered club swim out room was so perfect we loved every moment. The food choices were not all open at once but were rotated and very good. Drinks were perfect. Resort and pools were so clean and safe. Beach and Sun WOW! We love the Dominican and the caring hard working people. Now Onyx and the staff who worked so hard while we vacaationed there should be applauded!!!!! Miss you all until next time!!!!!…

I can’t express how wonderful this resort is. Not only for its beauty but the amazing welcome staff. Felix was our amazinggggggg butler! This man is always happy and so sweet! He made sure we were always taken care of from dinner reservations to checking in on us randomly throughout the day to even just picking us up and taking us wherever we needed to go. He is the best butler we could ever ask for! Javier and Nellis (preferred pool) were our bartenders. Before I took my last sip my next drink was in hand. Very attentive and amazing sense of humor. Juan, Juan Jose, and Rosa a few of many amazing waiters/waitresses made sure we had a taste of some of the most delicious dishes. Now onyx has become a second home to my friends and I. We will be planning our 3rd return very soon!

This was our 4th time in Punta Cana and this resort does not disappoint. We always try to stay with AM Resorts but this was the first time at Now Onyx. The Junior Suite with private pool was an awesome room and close to everything. In fact we have agreed it’s the best room we’ve ever stayed in when factoring in not just amenities and view but proximity to what is important. However, what made the trip so wonderful (yet again) were the fantastic staff. Javier worked the preferred club pool and beach most days and we had a great time getting to know him. He never let our glasses run dry and we a lot of great laughs. He even made it a point to swing by on a day he was assigned elsewhere just to let us know. It was truly a pleasure to get to know him. By 6pm Javier was off and Miriam (the preferred club bartender) took over. From the very first night we hit it off. She is a talented bartender and someone with great energy. She kept us smiling all week long and for that we are grateful. With the Junior Suite private pool room you have a butler assigned to you. Felix received us within a few minutes of being at the resort and was available to us all week long for any needs that we had. He escorted us to dinner at night and always made sure that we were being taken care of. We had his WhatsAPP contact information and despite how busy he is, he always responded right away. Yet another talented hard working person within the AM Resorts family. The only disappointing thing we experienced from this trip was the lack of travelers. If we had to guess we would say the resort was only at about 15-20% capacity. And while there are some benefits such as having your choice of seats at the pool or beach, not waiting for dinner, and fast service the truth is a full resort provides for a certain atmosphere you become used to. Our hope is that this review encourages more people to schedule a vacation sometime soon. The staff was very “Covid compliant”, the menus were digital (no touch), hand sanitizer was available everywhere and required at restaurants ....we felt completely comfortable.
