My husband (who is Dominican) and I stayed at this hotel for one night at the beginning of our trip and for a second night at the end of our trip. The hotel did meet our needs. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Convenience store, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Be warned, no hot...

We stayed here the first night in our trip to punta cana before checking in to our resort. Room was clean, ac was modern and worked fine, flat screen tv, minifridge, balcony. The free breakfast was pretty basic at the next door restaurant, eggs, ham, toast and coffee or orange juice, short walk to many smalls shops, artisan market, food...

Stayed here just for a weekend and it was perfect to have a place to sleep and eat breakfast. We were out all day and night. Did a day trip to Bayahibe and Isla Saona which was easy. Close to beach, bars, restaurants and nightly. I would def stay here again.

My roommate and I stayed here March 15-20th and we had a great stay. If you're looking for a place that isn't super touristy and you're not interested in a luxury stay hotel I would highly recommend this place. It's about a 15min walk from the beach but we caught the bus (roughly 0.25usd) or road on a motorbike cab...

not too bad if you just need to spend a night in transit. In my case, I arrived a day earlier than my resort booking to do a zip lining tour. Resort didn't have availability and it was totally worth staying just a night to rest before heading out to the excursion early morning and returning to the 5 star...

We stayed at the Flamboyan for two nights before we went to the resort in Punta Cana. The staff is friendly and the hotel overall is good. The hotel was clean, the room was surprisingly spacious. The breakfast was a deception because it's a la carte and there aren't a lot of options. There are a couple of restaurants nearby...

Arriving at night in a driving rain storm, we arrived at our original hotel in El Cortecito to discover that our reservation had been screwed up and there were no more rooms available. We were stuck and shifted to an awful hotel that we discovered was frequented by hookers. The next day, we asked around and heard great reviews from...

Excellent location for singles/couples or people on a budget. not much to do around the neighborhood at nighttime except Steve's bar and Drink point. About a 15min walk to the beaches or 200-250 Peso motoconcho ride. Breakfast is not that great but rooms were clean. hot water is not stable and comes on randomly. Good if you plan to do...

The hotel rooms are OK. The A.C. is a little tricky to navigate, and the music a little loud outside, but the staff can be helpful if you remind them. However, I wanted to caution anyone who stays here and takes advantage of the 'free' breakfast, to watch the eggs. I caught food poisoning from undercooked eggs, which is probably...
