One of the best in New Kingston. Very new to the public. Everyone I told did not about this hotel. I need to let everyone know about my experience. We stayed in one of their penthouse. Very spacious, the view is breathtaking and staff well trained.I was taken back by their services. These staff not only they are well trained but they love their jobs and are eager to serve you. Every aspect of my event planning and execution was made easier by the team at R Hotel. I am terrible at event planning but Shaan (my point person) and the entire team worked assiduously to produce for us a gorgeous shower with a great atmosphere and delicious food, making the night a most memorable one.

The R hotel is one of the best properties to visit in Kingston JA. I have stayed on this property several times and it is wonderful. The staff is friendly, the food is DELICIOUS, and the property is very clean. Even with COVID everything flows smoothly and the quality of the experience is unmatched. Our reservation and arrangements were handled by the BEST specialist-Waadia. She is one of the reasons that I come to stay at this property. She is always friendly and professional. My fiance and I have had the best experience because she makes us feel like we are home. Hands down one of the best that Kingston has to offer!

My unforgettable stay at this hotel started with Front Office Supervisor: Shaan Christie; I was totally impressed with her professionalism and product knowledge; I told her what will make my stay memorable and she delivered... and guess what, her delivery was consistent for 3-stays and I plan to make it a forth. Clean, safe and friendly environment... the entire staff from the security officer at the gate to the housekeepers will make you feel at home; try for yourself and you'll not be disappointed! Special shout out to DJ Richie D; R360 was great on the 5th floor nuff niceness, drinks good and the socially distanced entertainment was good - ask about it; usually on a Friday night.
