I experienced the professionalism of the AC hotel prior to my arrival through the responsive correspondence from Jhanoy as I inquired about the quality of the internet connection at the hotel which was excellent for my technology related business needs. During my stay I benefited from the precision and efficiency of the front desk. My inquires and request were consistently handled with the highest level of customer service. I thank Renae, Lindale, Kaysia and the rest of the staff for their patience and responsiveness. The housekeeping staff made it their mission to keep the hotel clean and stocked while never running out of smiles. Thank you to Julian, Crystal, and Stephan. While this was a business trip the food service staff were able to trick me into vacationing a little while I was there by making me feel welcome. Tamika, Yanique, O'dane, Craig, and Dre are shining examples of customer service. I look forward to visiting this hotel again soon.…
Great service but had a bad experience twice with dinner. The first time my mom had the roast fish and I guess the presentation was suppose to be cute but one would expect it to be well presented instead of coming out in foil for a nice hotel restaurant, she said several times throughout the meal that it wasnt great. Yesterday i had salmon(I've had this before and it was great) this time it was reallyyy burnt, and very obvious I'm sure to anyone tht made it..lovely decor though, will def recommend for drinks
This stay at AC was perfect. They made our 12 year Anniversary magical. Decor, ambiance, food, everything was spectacular. Kudos to the awesome team. There's simply no other place to match the nature and quality of their business and services.
I am Italian but I work in Luxembourg. In February 2020 I spent one week in Kingston and one week in Santo Domingo, for work reasons. In Kingston I stayed at AC Hotel. During those days I had to work very hard, even in the hotel, such that at the end I was rather tired, and when I left the hotel I forgot some clothes in a drawer, in my room: several Lacoste and Polo Ralph Lauren t-shirts. WIth some financial and some affective value. Once in Santo Domingo I realised that I did not have them and I called the AC Hotel to ask if they had found them. First feedback, positively and with a bit of surprise on my side, they confirmed having found them. After various email exchanges, very kindly they offered to keep those nearly ten t-shirts until a business partner colleague in Kingston on those days picked them up, brought them to Europe (he works in Frankfurt) and mailed them to my office in Luxembourg. Then COVID-19 exploded, I teleworked from Rome, and could not check that stuff had arrived in my office in Luxembourg. In October, after the first wave of the pandemic, for some weeks I shortly returned to the office and, with some disappointment, I found out that the business partner had not collected them. With almost no hope, after all those months, I wrote again to the AC Hotel and, again with a bit of my surprise, they had kept them, in good conditions. They mailed all the stuff to me in Rome (I created a Fedex account), and in a couple of weeks and at a reasonable cost, despite distance and all the rest, I received back all my stuff, in Rome, very clean and proper. I did everything by email with two very kind managers of the hotel, and I am convinced that I was lucky to find so professional and so kind people: not everybody, and not every hotel, in the world would have been so professional and so kind. Most thanks to the AC Hotel and my congratulations for their professionality and kindness. I can only highly recommend it, if you go to Kingston in Jamaica.…
You only turn 30 once and I wanted to ensure the occasion was a memorable one. It should come as no surprise that I decided to host my birthday dinner at the AC hotel. To say the least, I was blown away by how accommodating they were and how seamless the process was! As an event planner, I pay extremely close attention to the finest detail and I aim for perfection,the team at AC was right along side me in this regard and I was so appreciative of that! My guests raved about the service, food and mixed beverages and we all had a grand time. I wanted to say a special thank you to Christina and Ivy who were just lovely!
