This was our second trip in the last nine months and it did not disappoint. The service levels at this resort are easily the best we have ever experienced in Jamaica. The highlight of the service experience is cocktail hour and dinner. Guests congregate on the cocktail terrace around 7:00 and are treated to hors d’oeuvres and prompt, warm and...

The folks at Jamaica Inn make any stay there truly special. The grounds are gardens of Eden, the beach is soft clean and perfect, and the facilities are terrific. All that said, it's the staff & management who give the place it's soul. We've traveled a lot, been to many places, but rarely have we come away with such a...

We cannot say enough wonderful things about the Jamaica Inn. Just returning home from our third stay, we still have sand in our bags and images of the beauty that is Jamaica. We have traveled with two teenagers, most recently to celebrate the Christmas holiday. The lodging is flawless, reminiscent of being a houseguest at an old world estate (in...

I have just returned to California after spending 7 days at the Jamaica Inn which was one of the most relaxing Family (my adult daughter and Mother-in-law) vacations that I had experienced in quite some time. This intimate resort is a Gem of a find, so much so, that I plan on going back later in the year. The rooms...

Like many other reviewers I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff at Jamaica Inn are. They are so friendly, so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They work so hard, often doing split shifts and you would see them all day. Karen was wonderful, helping us get our trainers dry by moving them around the hotel into...

Dear Julie, Happy New Year to you and thank you very much for your lovely review. I especially enjoyed your acknowledgement of my wonderful team. At the risk of using a cliché, they really are what makes the Inn such a special place. Many have been working with the Morrow family for 30 plus years and their endearment really shines...

My family & I stayed here in mid-December and found it faultless. The Morrows have ensured that this hotel has consistently remained at the very top of its game for over 60 years. It continues to do so. Charming; excellent service; great taste; very well run; very discreet.

We have just come back from a 12 day stay at Jamaica Inn over Christmas, and couldn't have been happier with our choice of hotel. We flew in from Kingston, which was a slightly longer drive (about 2 hours) than if we'd flown to Montego Bay (1.5 hours), but a beautiful way to see some of the island. We had...

It takes a day to acclimatise to the Jamaica Inn as you need to settle in to the ambiance of a bygone age. Winston Churchill and Marilyn Monroe stayed at the Jamaica Inn in the 1950s and little has changed (in a very positive way) to the way that the hotel looks and feels. So don't expect TVs and entertainment...

This boutique property is located on a terrific site, mainly because it offers sweeping views of the island to the west, because every room at the hotel has a view of the sparkling Caribbean, and, of course, because of the pristinely kept private beach. The rooms are well appointed if not a bit dated, but the mid-century modern feel made...

We have just got back from our second stay at Jamaica Inn and it was every bit as good as our first visit. As soon as you arrive to a warm welcome the stresses of life ebb away. The hotel typifies timeless elegance and the staff are unfailingly charming and cheerful, their main concern is to ensure that you have...
