We spent 16 days/17 nights at this delightful hotel. Our 2nd floor room was charming with high ceiling and a lovely, king size, 4 poster bed that was also very comfortable. The room had french doors that opened up to a balcony with a table and chairs that overlooked the lush and colourful gardens. The bathroom was in good condition...

We arrived at the Negril Palms on April 4th. This was our 10th trip to Jamaica but our first non all inclusive. We picked this hotel because of the price on Southwest Vacations. For a 2 week stay we paid a little under $1700 with room and airfare. Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by the security lady...

Recently spent a week at the Negril Palms. Our room was beautiful, upstairs with a balcony. The grounds are amazing with beautiful gardens. We ate at least one meal a day at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed the beachfront hotel bar. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and made us feel welcome. All of this beachfront. The only reason I...

We stayed at Negril Palms for 6 days, March 31-April 6. We initially enjoyed our room despite the small size. However, once it was time to shower and brush our teeth, that all changed. The shower would not drain. We had to stand in several inches of dirty water while showering or turn the water off for several minutes while...

I found the staff pleasant, warm, and friendly. The room was clean and quaint, but minimal; you could rent a refrigerator; there was adequate room to put away your things for a nine day stay. Since this is not all -inclusive we ate out at nearby restaurants most of the time, but the times we ate at the hotel, the food...

Negril Palms is a good option for an affordable stay at Negril's 7-mile beach. Situated in a cool garden area on the beach metres away from Margaritaville, the location is perfect for a morning run and discovery of all the beach has to offer. There are security guards on the premises for peace of mind. The staff were pleasant and...

My husband and I stayed here for a week getaway. It was a great spot. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed was great. The hotel was located on a great stretch of beach. My only complaint was how the toilet was up on a raised step but there was no step in front of the toilet leaving you...

This small Resort is awesome !! 5 years now we have stayed there...All of the Staff are friendly, especially Winston ( guard for 7 years now) Rosie ( our cleaning lady) Latoya ( our waitress).. Sure there are the small things like, low water pressure at times, restaurant service is extremely slow ( not the waitresses, who seem to take...

Great location, Grounds are well kept and the rooms are clean, the beach has white sand and clear water, you do have some people that will walk by and try to sell you things but the staff there always try to keep them moving. I would recommend to any of my family or friends going to Jamaica. Simon was an...
