We arrived after a 4 hour bus ride from the airport and received a cool cloth and a drink immediately. The staff were exceptional in asking if there was anything we needed every day. The tour of the gardens by Shorty was entertaining and informative, Omar cut fresh coconut for us whenever we asked. We stayed in room 709 toward...

All the rooms are tree houses nestled in a lush tropical setting, so much greenery, birds, flowers you feel like you're in a jungle which is great because it also affords lots of privacy. All the staff are very friendly, cheerful and courteous. The beach is across the street but its not far at all plus there is always a...

Stayed here a couple of years ago and have nothing but the best to say about it. The rooms were very private, well appointed, and clean. The private baclony in the woods was amazing! The staff was very friendly and there to help whenever needed. Bartenders were very fun and the drinks were great. The swim up bar was where...

This is a small, intimate hotel with an amazingly large and beautiful beach. The rooms are upscale and comfortable. The service and food are excellent. If you want the all inclusive simplicity without the lines and nonsense, this is the place.

Just come back from 2 weeks AI at Sunset at the Palms. We had a fantastic time there, and we are thinking of going back, which is a very good sign. However, as mentioned in the title, there are still a few things that could be improved, and which probably help them move from a 4* to a 5*. CHECK...

I spent Christmas 2012 with my childhood friend here and it was just the perfect holiday. First, the resort is simply stunning: amazingly landscaped grounds, with the magical sounds of tree frogs at night, you fell you live in the midst of a tamed tropical jungle, full of exotic trees and flowers. The cabins are beautiful and comfortable, with the...

My boyfriend and I went to Jamaica for both of our first times in 2011 and we were really attracted to the natural feel of the Sunset at the Palms resort. When planning our trip, we were specifically looking to stay at an all-inclusive resort of some kind in Jamaica, but most felt too much like a concrete jungle and...

I am surprised at the negative reviews of this resort. I thought it was exceptional. The resort is located in what I would describe as a natural paradise. The gardens are well maintained and the sound of the birds and bugs at night is relaxing. In fact I recorded it on my phone to listen to when home. I was...

A great spot for romantics or a destination wedding. Nestled amongst tropical gardens and flowering plants at the edge of Negril, this unique all-inclusive gem is best described as intimate, chic and serene. The resort offers 85 "tree-house-style," elegantly appointed guestrooms on ten-acres of lush landscaping, a design praised by Architectural Digest. Melt away with a soothing spa service in our unique treatment garden, cool off at the swim-up bar with a tropical drink or "chill" at the resort's five beachfront acres and two miles of white sand beach, just steps away.
