We had a nice stay at Coco...but I have to say, the rooms are a bit shabby and really need an update. our first room 832: Bed was so lumpy and bumpy it was awful. The safe, even though it said locked, didn't work. Plus there was little to no wifi in the room. Our second room

After staying at a number of all-inclusives (and finding the quality going down in recent years), we decided to try something new and more low-key. Coco LaPalm had enough good reviews that we decided to try it. The positives: We booked a junior suite, which although a bit

As a frequent visitor to Negril since 1995 I first stayed at Coco in 2016 and keep coming back whenever possible. We were always comfortable and felt at home! What is outstanding at Coco and making all the difference is the staff! From the reception, to porters, grounds men,

And that advice is concerning the restaurant; the food tasted good, but don't go there if you are hungry (the food takes at least one hour), don't expect to get service and you have to eat what you get (even if they mix up your order). And you really have to pay for all that 😊

The Deluxe Room at the CocoLaPalm Resort
They called ours ocean/beach view but not so much. There are only a couple rooms that have a true beach view. Ours was nice enough. We paid about $200 per night with taxes and breakfast included. Taxes are crazy down there at resort. Enjoy.. we actually YouTubed our room and someone had posted a video!!

They have paddle boards but no sunfish or catamarans.

Not sure about specific staff, but only had live music twice during the week we were there, for special beach dinner/Halloween party and for managers cocktail party. No karaoke during that week. Larger resorts have nightly music, but lack the local, personal appeal of Coco.
