It depends on how severe your partners disability is, if they are in a wheel chair or walker I would think twice about the property, if it is just limited walking then you may be ok. I too have mobility issues, i just cant walk long distances or alot of stairs at a time due to heart/breathing issues and I did ok. The pathway from the room to the restaurant is pretty short- maybe 50 feet and from my room there were only about 4 stairs. the path is going on a slight decline, i brought a small flashlight for the evenings so I didnt trip. let me know if you need further info
