We stayed for five nights and had a fantastic time. Our room (Almond Tree) was very private, spacious and comfortable; with the rain forest outside we felt as though we were completely secluded. To come back and swim in the Blue Lagoon after a day out was the perfect way to relax and cool down. We did a number of...

We picked Kanopi House after researching Port Antonio's grand hotel offerings...and each time we came home after day adventuring, a drink at one of the other hotels, or a dinner away we exclaimed: Kanopi House is *IT.* This hotel is a great spot to be pampered without even noticing it. Though the staff is always on hand, privacy abounds and...

My husband and I stayed three nights in the Upper Deck. Truly a remarkable place right on the blue lagoon. We dined multiple times for breakfast & dinner and loved every bite. Special shout out to Boxer who took us out for the day to a couple different beaches and showed us around the lagoon! This is a very special...

One of the very few boutique style hotels in Jamaica, hidden in the lush jungle, 6 big wooden cabins hang on the cliff on top of the Blue Lagoon. Staff outnumbers the guests, food is unexpectedly delicious, the management secured a really good chef which is unusual for a small hotel. We had the local breakfast every morning on different...

First let me start off by saying much love goes out to all the staff that made our stay perfect.   This trip was highly anticipated and superceded our expectations. This hidden paradise is in a class of its own...The epitome of seclusion & relaxation. Almond Tree Villa was perfect for our romantic getaway....the decor, space, view and not to mention...

Kanopi House is Jamaica's best kept secret. Incredible treehouse rooms in the middle of a dense jungle. With only six rooms total, you have your privacy even when the rooms are full. The staff were so kind and accommodating. And the best part, the dock leads directly into the Blue Lagoon, one of the top attractions in Jamaica! Highly recommended.

We stayed for four nights in the Almond Tree for our honeymoon. The room is beautifully decorated and we felt right in the middle of nature with jungle noises at night! We loved swimming in the Blue Lagoon each morning, which is one of the main attractions of the area - so lovely to have at the foot of the...

This place was incredible and unforgettable. I had visited before, and decided to come back to surprise my then-fiance to propose to her. (She was living near there at the time with the Peace Corps.) Several members of the staff even participated in my ploy/story to get her there and surprise her down on the dock. Everything worked great, and...

Our stay at Kanopi House was nothing short of remarkable and I don't use that word lightly. There was a great deal of things that we appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed about this mini ecosystem overlooking the famous Blue Lagoon. The service was natural and quite effortless. Timothy, the General Manager and his staff were so welcoming and we were made...
