Great location in Old San Juan. Very romantic setting. 350 year old extremely unique and quiet building with only 9 rooms. A neat rooftop deck. Nice continental breakfast and great service. Loved the coffee!!

We loved this hotel and though it was an especially good value. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms on the ground floor. (Another review mentioned it had no window which is true.) We loved the quaint architecture and unique decor. There is a beautiful courtyard on the ground floor with a fountain. Upstairs there is a roof deck...

My wife and I stayed for two nights at the Villa Herencia, in the heart of old San Juan. This hotel has about nine guest rooms, each individually furnished with antiques that give a warm, authentic feel to the property. We stayed in room H9, one of the two upstairs rooms. These two rooms are not adjacent but are across...

We stayed for 2 nights in January prior to a cruise in this lovely small hotel. Loved the Spanish styled decor and rooms, and the individual breakfast served on a silver tray! Coffee/tea throughout the day and staff very helpful with any restaurant or sightseeing advice. Comfy bed, large shower {for 2}. Didn't get time to use the sun terrace....

The only problem is the roof is leaking water. So the floor on one side of our bed was wet. The staff was great, location is great, and the breakfast serving is great too. I wish we could stay a few more days!

Beautiful hotel, centrally located between the Cathedral and Old San Juan gate. The staff was extremely accommodating arranging excursions and holding the rest of the family luggage until their flight left layer on our arrival day. Will choose this hotel again! Everything was perfect!

We stayed here on New Years' Eve (2016) before a cruise. Great location in Old Town San Juan near restaurants, bars, the fort and other attractions. The hotel room has a nice veranda/patio upstairs for relaxing. The outdoor tubs were a nice touch. Simple but tasty breakfast served by a friendly staff. If you are looking for an affordable yet...

We stayed for 3 nights prior to a cruise in Dec. The place couldn't be in a better location for walking around old town and enjoying all there is on offer without the higher cost most nearby hotels charge. It's a quiet location with two levels. Two of us stayed in the suites upstairs and one couple stayed on the...

This was absolutely the best location we could have asked for! The room was beautiful - a very romantic and comfortable accommodation, staff were wonderful, and the continental breakfast was very nice. Can't wait to come back next year, it was hard to leave.
