The hotel is wonderful and has a very helpful, friendly staff.I would have rated it a 5 if it wasn't for the fact that it has 4 floors and no elevator. They are installing an elevator, but don't know when it will be ready to use. However they have some strong young men that take care of your luggage. In...

Casablanca theme, very stylish rooms, well appointed. Staff was very helpful with luggage, procedures, restaurant referrals, directions. Open air rooftop has a great view, lounge chairs and bathtubs! Free Wifi and cable TV with scores of channels. However, elevator still awaiting certification before it can be used.

Staff very friendly and helpful right from the start. Took the time to help us plan our excursions and recommended some great places to eat and drink. Stayed here three days and they never let us down. Yes the rooms are on the small side but we never planned to spend much time in it. We had a second floor...

We spent one night here before heading over to Vieques for a week and what a great boutique style hotel. Great location in Old San Juan and the staff were friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, comfy bed and a very unique, interesting rooftop setting. The elevator looks like it is coming along and will be a welcome addition to some...

We stayed at Casa Blanca 1 night before a cruise. We got in very late, but the clerk was very helpful in checking us in and carrying all our luggage to the second floor. He then recommended a restaurant nearby that was very good. The lobby is interesting in its decor. We did enjoy breakfast in the restaurant located behind...

We spent one night here while exploring Old San Juan. It was a great location, 15 minute cab ride from the airport and walkable to the harbor, San Cristobel fortress and tons of fun cafes and bars. Check in was simple, they politely checked our bags when we arrived early. Had a king bed room on the 4th floor, bed...

We had a great time. Room was fantastic and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed going to the roof access and taking in the views of Old San Juan. Asked for guidance on sightseeing and meals and they helped us plan out our complete day. We will definitely stay there again.

We stayed here only one night after our cruise since our cruise started out in Port Canaveral and ended in Puerto Rico. I picked this hotel because of the location and the beautiful style of it... We wished we had known how great it would be and would have stayed a couple more nights.. It is so handy to shops,...

We were doing a quick two-day stop after Vieques before returning home and wanted a place in Old San Juan. We looked at TripAdvisor and found this spot - it's got a lot of 5-stars for a reason! Great spot, in walking distance to everything. Great little bar/restaurant on the ground floor. Staff was excellent and helpful. We had the...
