No Wi-Fi in the rooms and limited parking spaces so when we returned at night we had nowhere to park. Water was shut off mid day and when we asked why it wasn't on the desk attendant said that they actually shut it off on purpose every day due to low pressure. No phone in the room and everything was... More

The night time guy was scary. The daytime guy was nice and friendly. We were charged extra for small children. Was 190$ for 1 night. No phone, no wash clothes, no wifi and continental breakfast was toast and jam. The coffee was really good. I was bitter about the extra cost for a 7 and 11 year old at 35$... More

Not the best place to stay, room needs a lot of TLC the hotel installations are not well maintained, no wifi at all, room not pleasent, the only good thing I can say about this hotel is the location, the beach is only a block away which is very nice by the way, other then that stay away from this... This hotel is one block away from the beach. Very much a basic rooms but very good security. They have continental breakfast but there is a breakfast restaurant 3 blocks away. Near good restaurants. Rooms are clean with a tv but nothing special. Good place for budget travelers.

I stayed for one night only with my son. At first when I got there the first room I got was very big!! (The first floor)The bed and the bathroom were perfect. The bathroom was very clean and I loved the shower. I headed to the pool (It had more than enough cockroaches) and when I came back the air... More

No room internet. No elevator. Very poor desk service. Awful smelling and old looking place. Very disheveled room, musty and old. It doesn't even qualify as an hostal! It's rather a pit. It's in a nice neighborhood: Condado, but the worst possible accommodation your can find in that area. There are hundreds of other much better hotels. Try the Coral... More

Possibly the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. Linens from salvation army that were never changed, ripped or frayed towels, a bathroom that the Kardasians would not fit in. WIFI needed the number off the router, a staff that could barely speak English. No control of the ac, breakfast was toast, cookie, and coffee. Charged an extra 25... More

I found this place without having read any reviews at the last minute after I had found few other places available. After paying for 5 nights in advance I then read some reviews that really scared me. However I was pleasantly surprised! This is a family run business.. My room was spacious with TV, a quiet AC, and a window.... More

If you love staying at places where you are part of the cultural experience, you will love this place. The staff is extremely friendly, it's a 1 block walk to a very nice beach, and restaurant's are within walking distance. Good safe location. The only downside is that the pool is very small. If you're a snob or a high... More
