The rooms at this hotel are unclean. Be prepared to bring your own cleaning supplies if you decide to stay. There is no parking, you have to find parking on the side streets if you can. Sometimes there is no parking for miles so be prepared to walk through unsafe neighborhood to get to your hotel. The staff is very...

Thank you for you review. We apologize for any inconvenience during your stay. We are located in a residential area between Ocean Park and Condado in San Juan, a block away from the beach and close enough to a wide variety of bars and restaurants, safe to walk like any metropolitan city at night. We do not have parking but...

Quaint, old feel of a property...the room was basic and in need of some color. The bathroom was nice but needed better lighting. The facility MUST update the linen and should add the same flair of decorating excitement that is seen in the lobby (which is beautiful). I also feel the rooms should be equipped with a microwave OR have...

This hotel is near the condo we leased. It is charming and has a wonderful restaurant that my family and I dined at. Perfect for special occasions, romantic dinners. The staff at Acacia are wonderful and friendly. Seriously, just a half block to the beach!

Quiet but only a few blocks from restaurants and shopping and one block to the beach. Room was clean and quiet - stayed on the 3rd floor in a King room and would go back again! No pool, but you can use the one 1/2 block up at the sister hotel, and the restaurant does not serve lunch, so you...

I absolutely loved staying at this quaint hotel during my first visit to San Juan. The view from my 3rd floor balcony was beautiful. The location was perfect for walks along the beach. It was close to restaurants and the neighborhood was safe and friendly. Only street parking available. I recommend this hotel for solo travelers or couples.

I stayed with a couple of colleagues ..we were impressed with the facade lobby of the hotel. However when we got to the rooms, airconditioning units were not working properly. The customer care services takes soooo long to answer calls.some of our friends have to ask to change rooms because toilet drains and showers were flooded.

From the first day we arrived to the Acacia Boutique Hotel the staff was a pleasure to work with. Always very helpful and supplied an abundance of information concerning the Cafes and all the attractions around the Condado and Old San Juan. Our room and bathroom was very spacious with two Queen size beds and all the comforts of home...

I looked, looked, and looked some more until I finally landed on Acacia. The price and location were exactly what I wanted for my first trip to PR. Sees like everything happens along the "strip" out front. However, this is at the tail end of the sights and sounds of San Juan. For some that is good. For those looking...
