We ran into Kelly on the ferry to Vieques from Fajardo. We started talking and told her we didn't have a plan and we were looking for a place to stay for 2 nights. She invited us to stay at the SeaGate hotel and went out of her way to accommodate us. My sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves there....

We enjoyed Penny and Kelly's hospitality and the adorable cottage we stayed in. Our room was spacious and there was a nice little kitchen nook with a mini fridge and even a stove and microwave if you want to cook something for yourself.

Room and location are perfect for visiting Vieques. They are both extremely knowledgable and will help you figure out what to do and how to do it on the island. We had an amazing time, and went horseback riding with the horses from SeaGate and had a great experience doing that as well.

Great hotel at a small island.. loved the atmosphere. so many fruit trees. Penny was very helpful. Made sure we got a taxi to go for our Bio-lumniscient tour with 30 mins of arriving on the island. Only problem was mosquitoes ( so many ) and the early morning noise from the roosters all around. Overall a good place to...

This is a lovely family-owned hotel. From the moment I booked it, I felt the welcome form them as I received the email regarding the pickup. Kelly picked up us at the ferry and told us a little bit about the island and their hotel on the way to the hotel. The moment we settled in the home, Penny visited...

Penny and Kelly are super nice and enthusiastic. They upgrade us to cottage since our basic rooms have some problems due to the rain. The cottage is great, and the breakfast is basic but tasty. The whole hotel is like a garden, and it is close to downtown. I would definitely recommend this place.

I was recently traveling with a group and stayed at the SeaGate for two nights. The owners were very attentive and generous wit their time. Service was great and Penny and Kelly were gems. They made sure our group was well taken care of. They answered all of our questions, gave great restaurant recommendations and really made the SeaGate feel...

The place was fine. Beautiful view, clean, and close to the ferry terminal. Unfortunately, what ruined it for us was the inhospitabity of the owner, Penny. Also, please know we were surprise to find the place housed horses and roosters. I don't recall reading this prior to booking. Not a big deal. We're pretty easy going and go with the...

The view is amazing, you can sit on the balcony and look out over the ocean and trees. The staff is very helpful and will make sure you get the best experience on Vieques, they made I had a taxi and that I was going to right place when I left for my bio bay tour.

The SeaGate Hotel was a laid-back, comfortable hotel with amazing friendly staff and owners. We stayed with our 1 year old and 3 year old boys and they had a great time. My husband and older child went on a horseback ride and the guide was great. My son loved it and felt safe and taken care of the whole...
