If you're visiting Saba, Scout's is accessible, friendly, service-minded and calm. Staying in windwardside is nice because of the gentle breeze that keeps some of the caribbean heat off. Scout's personnel, from the front desk to the bar and the dive masters, are all friendly and happy to help you organize and give advice for your goings around Saba, be...

Scout's Place is the place to stay on Saba! Great service, friendly staff, nice rooms, affordable. We loved the location; even though Scout's Place has awesome food, you can also walk to nearby Eden and Tropic's Cafe, or a couple of stores for snacks. We also had a great experience with the connected Saba Diver's team, so there's really no...

I just returned from one of the best trips ever at Scout's Place and their dive operation,Saba Divers. It is a very nice hotel with a friendly staff that makes you feel like 'one of the family.' The scenery all over the island is awesome with some of the best views at your table in Scout's restaurant. There is alot to...

We spent 5 wonderful days at Scout's Place in the beginning of August. We both work in tourism on another small caribbean island and think that therefore we are in a very good position to write a fair review. We might be aware of some challenges that other visitors might overlook. Location: The location in Windwardside is excellent. It provides...

Scout's Place Hotel is one of those comfortable hotels where you feel right at home. Situated right in the middle of the very pretty village of Windwardside high in the hills, it is just the right place to stay when you are on Saba. It has its own, very good, restaurant, and if you prefer to do so, you can...

The lovely owners must be very proud to have a hotel like this ! The hotel looks very nice and is located at a beautiful island. Which Saba is........even during the serious hurricane Maria warning :-) Yes we were there at that time! Which brings me to the next most important point where the owners must be very proud of!...

This year I was three times on Saba for a businesstrip with a fourth time to come in September. There is no other place I want to stay as in the Scout's Place Hotel. Prices are fair, the food is excellent and the rooms are cosy and clean. Any question for e.g. an extra blanket are fullfilled on no time....

We stayed for seven days, and couldn't have enjoyed it more. Everyone who was so helpful, made the best recommendations, and took care of all the arrangements for us. Friday Sabaoke was great, I even sang (although maybe not well). The Cottage room was perfect and the private balcony had a fabulous view. No air conditioning (neither does 90% of...

NEVER stay here on Friday nights when the bar has their Sabaoke. The noise was absolutely horrific. Music wasn't bad but the party goers were loitering by hotel rooms, screaming and carrying on. This could be prevented if security personnel were hired. No air conditioning in rooms and they were incredibly damp. Clothes were damp from closet and drawers.

Dear travelers It is very sad that this traveler and guest wasn’t as satisfied as most others. As a group they caught a bad day travelling since their flights in the US were delayed because of bad weather, the luggage didn’t make it time and the weather was bad. I remember personally to get clothes out of my personal stuff...
