Spent 5 nights at the Villa Atabeyra, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home at the top of the mountain above the Anse Chastenet Resort near the town of Soufriere in St Lucia. Astounding view of the Caribbean Sea and the Petit and Gros Pitons. The...More
We stayed here for a week with the all-inclusive plan, and I don't know where to start because everything was fantastic. It is nothing like any other resort I've been to, Anse Chastanet's kind of luxury is simply unique:

After 10 years and having travelled to many locations we decided to return to Anse Chastanet. Having enjoyed our last visit we were obviously hopeful that nothing had changed and it would be equally as enjoyable. We stayed in a hillside superior room with lovely...More

We stayed at a mountaintop Villa owned by Anse Chastanet Resort and it was $400/night for a minimum of 5 nights, and did not have an all inclusive option. We rented a 4 wheel drive car to provide our own transportation. We did have access to the Resort's amenities because we were renting a Resort owned house. It is my understanding the Resort offers a limited food all inclusive, and, a beverage all inclusive, and a minimum 4 night stay, as well as shuttle service. Due to our drinking and eating habits, I would not opt for an all inclusive option that was above $150/person per day. I had checked with the 3 Sandals Resorts earlier in my search and their 4 night packages added $2,000 per couple for all inclusive food & beverages. This Resort is very well run and somewhat quieter because they limit ages of children and seem to discourage the raucous party crowds or spring breakers.
