I had the hamburger, which was excellent until I tried my wife's fish sandwich which was even better. I had a chocolate banana daiquiri which was smooth and sweet and my wife had a salted caramel martini which was awesome. We did the chocolate making experience, very fun, unique and a lot of work. Seriously 30 minutes of crushing with...

Did not stay at resort but dined at the Boucan restaurant for a great dinner. Dinner was a chocolate lovers dream as the hotel sits on a cocoa plantation and menu items incorporate chocolate from the plantation. The Mahi Mahi and chocolate lava cake were outstanding with good drinks as well. Menu is a bit pricey but overall worth the...

Stayed for 4 nights for a milestone birthday. The setting is spectacular. The dining really is top-notch. Kudos to the chef and kitchen staff. I had some memorable meals akin to big-city dining. In my opinion breakfast outdid the Four Seasons. I would definitely recommend spending the extra for the luxe lodge. The private terrace was a favorite spot of...

Stayed for our 25th Wedding Anniversary - staff could not have been nicer ... lots of little treats for us (thank you Judy!). I did wonder whether we should have split our stay with a few days at a beach resort but having seen other resorts during our stay I'm glad we didn't bother. This is not a large resort...

A beautiful small resort in an incredible setting. Wonderful staff, large comfortable room, excellent food - creative use of chocolate, not over the top except for desserts. The grounds and the self-guided trails are outstanding, and the optional activities - snorkeling, chocolate-making - are very well done.

you are spot on about the time, one of our favorite pastimes is watching the sun gently ease between the Pitons and disappear into an orange glow.

We stayed at Boucan for a week on our first trip to the island and were blown away by it. It's in a beautiful location with views that are breathtaking. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location is immaculate. We stayed in one of the luxe rooms which are definitely worth paying the extra for as you get...

My first time working at this hotel on a wedding. Very lovely view of the Pitons and spot on location. Awesome staff and a fabulous wedding couple! The colour scheme of the hotel is very subtle and almost business like but in a very private way. Soothing sounds of the little rock ponds and that inifinity pool!!!

We enjoyed the cacao cuisine at Boucan, a modern open-air restaurant. The service was excellent and the menu was amazing, definitely worth the expense. We arrived as the sun was setting over the Petit Piton, what a night! Thanks to the bartender for capturing our moment in a photo!

A definitely up-market place for a meal, with magnificent views over the Petit Piton, in a large open area covered by a wide roof which gave a sense of space, of being among the greenery, cooled by a gentle breeze and yet sheltered from the frequent showers. There were relatively few patrons for lunch on the Monday mid-day. The menu...

Thank you for picking up on our no service charge, we always want to deliver an excellent service and we don't believe you should pay for it, we are very proud of this policy we have adopted for the start.
