Three girlfriends and I had lunch here in February after going to their "Bean to Bar" class. Everything on the menu had some derivative of the cacao bean and it was all just so great. We had some starter bread with cacao pesto, cacao butter, and cacao balsamic vinegar - the latter was especially good. We then shared a platter...

We enjoyed the "make your own chocolate bar" experience, though I'm not sure I would have wanted to buy the bar I made. Making the bars was clearly explained before we spent almost an hour grinding the cocoa nibs with mortar and pestle before adding the cocoa butter and sugar to make our very own bar. Despite the grinding my...

March 2017 we stayed 16 nights at Chocolat and we loved every minute. Judy and her team did everything possible to give us a great experience and they certainly succeeded. Judy really cares about the guests happiness and wellbeing and always makes you feel special, we couldn't have asked for anything more. There's a wonderful atmosphere about the place and...

Chose this trip excursion through P&O when on their Carribean cruise with my mum. It was an amazing experience, with an interesting tour and sampling the bean to bar experience where we made our own chocolate bar. They gave us an excellent meal afterwards with complimentary drinks. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and we saw the spa and...

I had the hamburger, which was excellent until I tried my wife's fish sandwich which was even better. I had a chocolate banana daiquiri which was smooth and sweet and my wife had a salted caramel martini which was awesome. We did the chocolate making experience, very fun, unique and a lot of work. Seriously 30 minutes of crushing with...

We find that the hamburger and fish sandwich are firm favourites of our cacao cuisine menu – we’re glad you enjoyed them too! We like to think the chocolate-making experience gives you a real insight into the handmade chocolate process straight from the tree, so it’s great to hear that you found it so fun and unique!

Did not stay at resort but dined at the Boucan restaurant for a great dinner. Dinner was a chocolate lovers dream as the hotel sits on a cocoa plantation and menu items incorporate chocolate from the plantation. The Mahi Mahi and chocolate lava cake were outstanding with good drinks as well. Menu is a bit pricey but overall worth the...

We’re fans of the mahi mahi and chocolate lava cake ourselves! If you enjoyed those, do try the St Lucia chocolate tart next time you visit. We’re sorry you experienced a delay in receiving your bill and will be sure to pick this up directly with the restaurant team. Thanks so much for taking the time to leave your feedback.

Stayed for 4 nights for a milestone birthday. The setting is spectacular. The dining really is top-notch. Kudos to the chef and kitchen staff. I had some memorable meals akin to big-city dining. In my opinion breakfast outdid the Four Seasons. I would definitely recommend spending the extra for the luxe lodge. The private terrace was a favorite spot of...

Stayed for our 25th Wedding Anniversary - staff could not have been nicer ... lots of little treats for us (thank you Judy!). I did wonder whether we should have split our stay with a few days at a beach resort but having seen other resorts during our stay I'm glad we didn't bother. This is not a large resort...

A beautiful small resort in an incredible setting. Wonderful staff, large comfortable room, excellent food - creative use of chocolate, not over the top except for desserts. The grounds and the self-guided trails are outstanding, and the optional activities - snorkeling, chocolate-making - are very well done.

you are spot on about the time, one of our favorite pastimes is watching the sun gently ease between the Pitons and disappear into an orange glow.
