My vacation to sebastian by the sea was taken by suprise when i arrive.Expedia did a terrible job booking us by giving us a wrong room and we explain to the manager it was not a studio for three of us to stay. We explain to the manager about it and she was helpful by getting us another room for...

The lobby isn't much to look at, but the rooms are extremely clean and a great deal for the price. Beach is quite nice. The best part is definitely the restaurant. Chef Victor is fantastic, nothing better than a seared swordfish steak with mango salsa while sipping Sebastian's rum. I also recommend the jerk chicken, and the rum French toast...

I stayed at Sebastians on the beach. It was clean. the view was gorgeous, and the restaurant was decent. Small warning- This is not the Four Seasons, or an Intercontinental. Not even a decent Hilton. This is a relatively small inn on the west end of Tortola. The access to the beach can't be beat. My biggest complain is that...

Our room was ocean front, we couldn't ask for a more wonderful view of the beach and the surrounding areas. The room care was excellent and the restaurant at a few steps from us provided a GREAT service. The food was very good, but specially, the service of all involved, I would describe as TOP NOTCH!!!! All personnel who took...

We stayed at Sebastian's for a week and completely enjoyed our stay. This is a nice, small hotel with a bar and restaurant and a BEAUTIFUL view of the nearby islands. The service is laid back, so if you want the big American-type hotel with all the amenities, then this hotel will not meet your expectations. The WIFI worked well...

Great Breakfast with great sea views of Jos Van Dyke Island. The restaurant food is excellent and prices are good $ coffee and tea is fresh. Pastry are fresh and Banana bread is best I've tasted apart from my wife's of course! Across from the street is a local store selling stamps and a basic range of groceries items. Not...

We spent one night at Sebastians and found it to be a very pleasant one. The rooms are nice and very well appointed. Showers were piping hot and with great water pressure, and the A/C worked wonderfully. The grounds are cute and it is right on the beach. The porter was very nice when assisting with luggage and escorting us...

We picked Sebastian's because it was on the water and seemed to have other restaurants around for a three night stay. Room was spacious and fridge/ice was great. Coffee restocked and plentiful. Store had a small range of items, but this is Tortola not Manhattan so what was there covered most basic needs, but not much variety, that was fine....

Not sure how other places are on this island. Although relatively cheap -although still pricy compared with similar places in the Mediterranean, this hotel is really basic. Pluses: sizable rooms, functional bathrooms, on the beach (but mainly good only for surfers because of the strong waves), near west end (nice little restaurant there called chips and fish -or something like...

Not good. Tap ice water had a bad taste. Coke with ice was off too. Maybe the ice was contaminated? I had the Grilled Reuben sandwich and the ingredients were OK but the grill was barely used. Sandwich was soggy and greasy. French fries were cold. The service was painful. Waitresses had a BAD attitude from the moment we arrived...
