Bad service, room had no window, I ate there only twice the last time I ordered a cheese and onion pizza, it took one and a half hours to appear, it was cold boring and I was told by the server the kitchen catered for big tables first, there were two other tables one with 6 and one of 4 then me! Very upset I took it to the room didn't finish it and the advertised daily room cleaning did not exist, the pizza box and remains stayed in my room for 2 days so with no windows the room stunk. Never again!!!!

A real marina small hotel and bar and restaurant with a pool right in town. Really fun and very nice staff. We loved our room, great bed and gorgeous view of the Marina. So convenient and so helpful. Looking forward to returning.

This was the worst hotel experience I have had in years. And for it to be our final night on the island made it even more disappointing. We arrived early, around 10AM, and were told check-in was 3PM which I already knew and was ok with. So my wife and I left and came back at 2:50. We were told it would be ready in about 20 minutes. 3:15 comes and goes so I ask. I was told still another few minutes. 3:45 comes and I ask again. I was thanked for my patience and said a few minutes. I asked for a manager and guess what her reply was? She will be there in a few minutes. And she never came even by the time my room was finally done at 4:30. We get to the room and, TV does not function. We go to take a shower and the temperature of the water was never consistent. Even worse the temperature went from scolding to cold. There was no adjustments of finding a sweet spot. Did no matter where we placed the knobs, it made no difference. Even worse, the shower was extremely small and the floor drain was pushed into the drain which left a large hole in the middle of the small shower. You had to straddle it and be very careful where you step or you would have easily broke your foot. The room was incredibly noisey with large gaps all the way around the door. And people standing outside the door continuously talking which turned out to be workers of the hotel. This lasted until after 10PM. The service was dreadful. The room was that of a category 1.

Stayed one night while waiting to board our charter. Great location for walking to many stores and food. Love the view of the marina. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rum punch drinks are very good! The room was large and clea. Bed was xomfortable and the walk in shower was nice. Will stay here again.

We didn't stay at the hotel but we used their laundry machines. And while we did laundry we ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was excellent! Great view on the harbor. Prompt and polite service. I recommend.

Our expectations were low and we were very pleasantly surprised. Big clean air-conditioned room with excellent WiFi. Restaurant closed shortly after 9pm for orders but they accommodated our request. Our room was up two flights of stairs - hard work with heavy bags.

This is a return visit for us. We had great chicken wings and fries a bucket beer and free WiFi. Staff (Stacey) was excellent, attentive and friendly. The food was great and the beers served in the chilled bucket rounded off nicely. This place does exactly what it says on the tin.

We visited the bar/restaurant part for a drink, not realising it was part of a hotel too. We visited on a cruise and chose this spot as refuge from the rain. It also offered free wifi. The waitresses were not very welcoming, but a retired policeman who seemed to work there struck up a conversation. We only had a soft drink, which was quite expensive. It is located in the marina area but, with the wind and rain, they pulled down the plastic windows, so,we didn't even have a nice view. It looked like this was a polpular place for locals to eat.

I was staying at the village cats for a week . I arrived after travelling 14 hours and was given the key to my room. The room was on the third floor with no lift and being so tired this is not what I expected. The room was clean and acceptable and the view from the room was nice. The wifi in the room was not working and the phone in the room did not work either. The next morning I woke up to the smell of meat cooking and it was a strong smell. I went to complain to reception and was told that the vent from the kitchen was by my room and the air conditioning was blowing the smell into the room. My new alarm clock became the different smell at 6am in the morning from bacon frying to eggs and fried chicken. I had to go and complain again after day 3 that the wifi was still not working before it was sorted out. The staff on the main desk were friendly but it was not really in their power to get things done. I will not be staying there again .

We stayed here for one night prior to our week-long sail in April 2019. It was perfect for our needs. The rooms were clean with good AC and a refrigerator. Our room had a lovely view of the marina. The onsite bar got plenty of business from us. We met nice people of both sides of the bar. We were there on a Thursday - which is their karaoke night. if you had asked anyone in our group of six if we were "karaoke people" prior to this night we would have all said NO. But we had a blast. We went outside of the hotel for dinner and there were plenty of good places to eat within walking distance. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was very good. We were able to walk out of our rooms directly to the dock were our yacht was waiting for us. It was perfect for our needs. This hotel received a major renovation since the hurricanes so everything is up to date, clean and fresh.
