I can't believe no one answered your question. This is kind of a remote area, so not a lot of people go here compared to others locations. There was/is a north sound express ferry that you could look into that leaves from Tortola, or the other option is to head over to virgin gorda, taxi to gun creek and take the saba ferry from there. On the Saba Resort Website there is a phone number to call for the ferry.
