I have visited this hotel several times and each time was just as good as the last. Especially poolside! A little pricey but it was worth it. Staff was friendly and management was delightful. Even had my graduation there apart from the stays and that too was fantastic. Will definitely be visiting again soon

Was very happy with my experience for being greeted by the bell hops to service at the restaurant. My only recommendation, is have better internet connection. It was up and down. AS a business traveler, it could be inconvenient.

Great for business, vacations and more.Loved the view, and the staff was very helpful. The sunset from the rooftop was amazing, although the food isn't the greatest, there are a lot of outside options for the local cuisine.

I have been staying at this hotel every year for the last five to six years. I choose this hotel because my mother who is visually impaired is very familiar with the layout. However the service level needs to be more client focused.

I spend 4 days at this location, taxi service is very expensive there is nothing at walking distance and its dangerous to venture out alone. The restaurant is very expensive breakfast buffet is $34.00 per person. Again nothing to do or no nearby local restaurants to pick from you are basically at the mercy of the Hilton restaurant.

Dear L61707Claurar, Thank you for staying with us. The Queens Park Savannah, National Zoo, Botanical Gardens and the National Library are just a few of the attractions located within walking distance of the hotel. We serve one of the largest buffet breakfasts for a hotel so we hope you consider the price and variety value for money.

Although the Hilton is not a new hotel, it has a homey feel to it. The amenities are just as good as the newer hotels. It provides a high level of comfort, and the location close to the Savannah is excellent for daily walks. It is truly the home away from home.

Staff was very courteous and pleasant. Cleaning staff took care of all my needs but rooms can do with a little uplift. New irons are definitely needed for the rooms "note to self don't use the Iron especially on white". Again staff was very courteous and had my white pants dry cleaned right away after the iron messed it up....

It can be a trek to get to the lobby and restaurant depending on where your room is, however the view from the third floor overlooking the Savannah is worth it, especially at night. Rooms are comfortable. The menu in the main restaurant has enough variety to keep it interesting. Thumbs up on the bakes, beef goulash and the plantains....

The Trinidad Hilton offers a high vale experience at a reasonable affordable price. The scenic views of the verdant mountain ranges and the beautiful Port of Spain skyline set against the background of the beckoning ocean are amazing.
