Beach enclave was the best villa and vacation experience we have ever had! Our first feelings were home and luxury. We did not feel like we missed home once.
Our butler, Nuwan, was the most caring and sweetest human being. He got us coconuts every day, made the best drinks (alcohol and non-alcoholic), and felt like family. He made a kite for us from scratch when we asked about kites, and he offered to get fresh aloe for our sunburn, which he got and we used every night. Nuwan took pictures of us parasailing and tubing, without our request. He came in the car to assist with our heavy bags when going on excursions in the scorching heat. He is professional, selfless, and deserves much happiness. He went above and beyond and we miss him and his contagious laugh dearly.
We also had the best chef we could have ever asked for, chef Shalik. He cooked all international vegetarian food for us, and was willing and eager to cook uncommon dishes. He is a truly gifted chef. He cooked everything with love, but aside from his meals, he is the sweetest and purest human being we have met. There are no words to describe his talent, patience, and hard-work. He has great experience, and cooked the best egg-less desserts, Indian food, Chinese food, Italian food, vegetarian barbeque, etc. These were all difficult with the various food restrictions, yet it was still the best food we've tasted. He allowed us to enjoy food, and not feel restricted at all by being vegetarian.
The villa itself was indeed prestigious, clean, glamorous, and modern. We stayed at the Grace Bay villas, and could not have picked a better place to stay. Security roamed the premises every night, maintenance came to check on the villa after it rained, house-keeping cleaned the rooms every day, turn-down service was done every evening, and the pool guy would clean up the pool area for us. The drivers were fabulous as well. Randi helped us immensely prior to our trip, and helped coordinate and answer all questions we had. Not once did it feel unorganized, and not once did we feel like we had less of an experience than a hotel. On the contrary, no hotel could live up to service provided at Beach Enclave.

Wow. We stayed at beach enclave long bay last year which was spectacular, so our expectations were high for our trip to beach enclave grace bay this December, but we were blown away. The beach enclave properties are new homes constructed by famous architects so you can see from the photos that the spaces are beautiful. There are multiple master suite equivalents and there are fun touches all over the place like fire pits and outdoor showers. The location in grace bay is different from long bay and both are awesome - long bay is on the kite surfing beach which was so fun, but grace bay is more central and you can even walk to most of the big hotels for lunch or whatever (30min walk down the beach). Both beaches are perfect sand and water.
The big differentiator between beach enclave and other luxury properties we’ve stayed in is the service. The property management crew in their offices is so professional, and everyone from the pool attendants to the housekeeping staff to the chefs goes out of their way to make sure the trip is perfect. On Christmas Day, they leave homemade soaps and candles in everyone’s room. When you sleep in on New Year’s Day, housekeeping cleans another part of the house not to wake you up. Do you want to delay dinner because you had a big lunch today? No problem the chef will stay an extra hour. And the office team let us use another house for a few hours because our flight was delayed but another family was checking into our house. I mean just incredible.
But the biggest shout out goes to Namraj our butler. He is the kind of person who is somehow everywhere helping with every issue you didn’t even know you needed to address. He called our kite surfing instructors at 8 am when he noticed it was low wind (so they were going to be cancelled) and proactively found new times when we could rebook. He scheduled our COVID tests so they didn’t conflict with other activities. He helped with laundry and noticed when we were low on red wine but not white and offered to run out and get more, and he pre squeezed limes so we could easily make our own cocktails (we like to make our own cocktails, but he still found a way to make things easier for us). We were told continental breakfast was included but he was making us fruit plates and fried eggs and breakfast potatoes as though he was our chef. And he found a table to allow us to have New Years dinner right on the sandy beach in front of the house (see photo for the gorgeous set up)!
We will be forever spoiled by our time at Beach Enclave and with Namraj and team. Don’t even think about staying anywhere else. You can’t top this place!

We stayed at Villa #4 on Long Beach Bay. The house was really nice. Very modern. New house……I think completed in the last year. Big open floor plan on the ground floor with a wall of glass facing out towards the large outdoor covered deck area, infinity pool, beach and beautiful blue water. Sliding glass doors really open up the house to the deck and pool. We ate most of our meals outside on the covered deck. Beyond the Infiniti pool you go down some steps to a wooden deck with lounge chairs and a large sun bed……and you step off the deck onto your own little private beach. The master suite upstairs also looks out onto the beach…..with another wall of glass doors that slide open to a spectacular view of the blue water. There are two bedrooms upstairs in the house and two more in a separate building right behind the main house
There were a lot of shells washed up onto Long Bay Beach and in the water for the first ten feet or so as you walk into the water. Water is very clear and is shallow…..no more than 3-4 feet deep for miles as you walk out into the water. Was very windy all week, which is why it is one of the very best kiteboarding spots in the world. We saw lots of the kite boarders out every day all week Spent most of our time in the pool rather than on the beach or in the ocean Long Bay Beach is much more private than Grace Bay Beach. Beach Enclave is located on the far east end of Long Bay Beach, so it is very quiet and private. We almost never saw anyone walking on the beach in front of our house
Overall the setting of the house, pool and beach was spectacular, but what really made our stay exceptional was the service provided by the house butler, Gregory. He was the best thing about Beach Enclave. Such a sweet, conscientious hard worker. Within a few days Greg felt like part of our family. Besides cooking breakfast every morning, Greg served us drinks all day long. He’s a great bartender and will make whatever drinks you want. He also fixed lunch for us every day. Greg was there every morning by 7:00 and stayed til we went out for dinner at night. Greg works at a number of the Beach Enclave villas, so be sure to request him if you want first class, memorable service
There was also daily housekeeping service and a beach/pool attendant just for our villa. More examples of the great service provided by Beach Enclave
Beach Enclave had two other properties on the island, though we didn’t see them
Definitely hope to return to Beach Enclave and will only do so with Greg. Highly recommend you ask for him

I had the most incredible experience at the Beach Enclave Villa 1 North Shore...definitely beats any other luxury villa I have ever stayed at. This was the perfect trip during the COVID pandemic because there is NO need to leave the house and you are so secluded from other people. Turks & Caicos also feels extremely safe. Nuwan, the butler, made us amazing breakfast and drinks everyday, it felt like we were at our own resort. This is my second trip to this villa and they recently built out a large deck right by the beach so you can easily eat lunch down there and go straight out to snorkel afterwards which is so nice. Every bedroom in the house has an incredible water view which is SO hard to find! We also enjoyed the amazing outdoor showers and felt like we were in a spa everyday with the Le Labo products. I cannot say enough good things about the villa and cannot wait to come back soon!!

The villa we stayed in was impressive but the best part was Greg, who maintained and took care of everything. He arrived earlier than anyone and stayed until everything was taken care of. He didn’t cut any corners. He had a great, welcoming cheese & fruit plate with refreshing juice ready for us when we first arrived. He put together every meal like a pro with excellent presentation and attention to every detail. The tables inside or out were set with different placemats, cloth napkins and decorative napkin rings. He quickly learned what each of us preferred to eat and drink and had it ready for us with every meal. He was very respectful and kind to everyone from the housekeepers to the pool cleaners. If anyone approached us, he was there to question them and find out their purpose without any interruption. All of us appreciated his kindness and care.

We stayed at Beach Enclave with our two children and this vacation is by far the best we have ever had! The villas were surrounded by the most beautiful scenery we had ever laid eyes on, the white sand beaches were pristine, the lush gardens so well cared for, and the villas themselves were immaculate. We love modern coastal style and my jaw dropped when I walked into what was our house for the week. Every inch of the villa was styled to perfection and not a thing was forgotten. We felt pampered in luxury and very quickly felt at home. Our Butler Greg was one of the best parts of the trip for us. He thoughtfully prepared our delicious meals, did our laundry, carefully packed and unpacked our luggage and made sure we had everything we could need. Greg felt like part of our family and my girls truly loved him as much as I did. My oldest daughter loved to wake up early so she could help Greg prepare breakfast in the kitchen and she still talks about how much this time with him meant to her. Our friends stayed next door and their Butler Sonam was equally wonderful, treating our family as if we were his own. During our stay we had the opportunity to try many activities like horseback riding in the ocean, fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking. The Beach Enclave staff set up so many incredible adventures for us and the drivers made sure we were transported safely. My husband celebrated his 40th birthday while in Turks and Caicos and we were surprised with a cake, balloons, flowers and a bon fire on the beach. This vacation was truly unforgettable and we can't wait to come back for another stay with Beach Enclave.

This was our first time to the island and Beach Enclave made this vacation experience unforgettable. The concierge experience you receive from Randi throughout the trip really made us feel special. Randi made sure we were informed on any new information around COVID, which by the way didn't affect our trip at all. Beach Enclave's North Shore fitness area was perfect for weights & cardio and they provided 8am yoga everyday. Villa #2 was so perfect, my kids each had their own rooms with amazing views of the ocean. The outdoor showers were amazing during the day and at night (probably showered 4 times a day because they were so amazing). Our girls loved finding shells and walking on the beach. Our girls are 8,6, 4 years old so they spent the majority of the time in the pool, which was perfect for our family. The best part about the experience though was our butler Uncle Nuwan. Day 1 we didn't really know how to interact with Nuwan (never had a butler before) but by Day 2 he honestly felt like he was part of our family. My daughter's were very comfortable around Uncle Nuwan and loved his drinks he would make for them. Nuwan was so helpful and knowledgable about the island and giving us ideas on things to do. Of course we will remember all the amazing things about Beach Enclave, the amazing villa, the great food, awesome drinks, best beaches, but Nuwan will be our greatest memory and what we have talked about most since the trip.

This was my second time staying at North Shore Villa 1 with friends, and I can’t underscore enough how impeccable the entire experience is. You’d seriously be hard-pressed to find a superior private beach home anywhere in the world. The villa itself is gorgeous and can comfortably sleep over a dozen guests, which includes five bedrooms and three memory foam roll-in beds. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom to go along with gorgeous and expansive ocean views. Most bedrooms have private outdoor showers and deck areas, too. In my opinion, a major benefit from staying on the North Shore — as opposed to a more commonly known location like Grace Bay — is that the house is situated on a cliff significantly above sea level. That provides a consistently cool breeze and phenomenal views of the ocean — especially from the spacious infinity pool! In terms of activities, the house is right next door to a full gym an outdoor studio area for yoga. The house also has snorkeling, kayaking and paddleboarding on hand, all of which are fantastic and easily accessible via a private staircase right down to the beach. The snorkeling especially provides an opportunity to see all sorts of fish, rays and sea turtles. The house also has over 20 beach chairs across three elevation levels in the house, so there’s more than enough space to tan, read, or just enjoy the sound of the ocean and birds chirping. In addition to being beautifully and fully furnished, the house also contains a vast array of puzzles and board games, along with a TV in the living room outfitted with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu and Prime Video. If you’re stuck with poor weather during your stay, there’s still plenty to do!
Last but certainly not least, I cannot recommend Nuwan, the butler, highly enough. In addition to being exceptionally kind, caring and helpful, the guy is a magician with breakfast and cocktails. He blew my mind on several occasions with his rum punches, transfusions, strawberry mojitos and piña coladas. Plus, his pancakes with banana chutney might just be the best breakfast item I’ve had in my life. Major shoutout to Nuwan!

Please think twice before booking. They claim they refund and allow cancellations but is not the case. Tried for over a month to speak to someone live. Not until I read the reviews here did I see the customer service email address. They responded within 24 hours but told me I had to call the 800 number in order to cancel and that my reservation was 100% non-refundable. This is completely different than what they state on their website. We are in the middle of a major pandemic and this company is unwilling to help in any way. Ethics is everything. Wouldn’t recommend to any out. Currently we are out 16k between two families.

It is a full experience to stay at Beach Enclave! From the moment of your arrival to be received by your wonderful staff, with a cheese plate and champagne that were organized by your private butler that will be at your disposal for any need during your stay. The villa was amazing, great bedrooms, comfortable sitting area, amazing kitchen, living room areas and breathtaking views. The pools and outside living areas were truly awesome. The Luxurious and Spacious Beach Enclave accommodations exceeded my expectations and the service, cleanness and attention to every detail made the experience even more unforgettable.
Every detail of the property makes it unique in the world, its decoration, its architecture and its history, surrounded by natural landscapes and welcomed by its staff full of professionalism and warmth.
The best thing about Beach Enclave is that you get a villa experience with the amenities of a hotel/resort and have a full hotel team available for you, to book your restaurants or call a chef to cook you dinner; organize a boat trip or just organize your paddle boards!

We do offer baby sitter services and we can look at tailor designing a program as well.
The rates start at 25 dollars per hour for baby sitting. Custom kids camps start from 500 USD for 3 hours.

Thank you for your interest in Beach Enclave.
If you have a weekly private chef rental, the chef is on property for breakfast, lunch and dinner (they will also prepare snacks). Your personal butler will serve the meals and clean the kitchen along with the chef.
Our chefs have worked at 5 star properties and restaurants and are definitely worth it.
