Coral Gardens hotel garners praise for its spacious, well-appointed rooms complete with large bathrooms and functional kitchens, according to many guests. The prime beachfront location is a highlight, offering direct access to both the beach and pool, as well as being within easy reach of local shopping. Travelers frequently commend the hotel's cleanliness and efficient housekeeping, while the inviting atmosphere and ocean views make it a comfortable retreat.
While most find the accommodations to provide good value, some do caution about the cost of certain services. The service is generally regarded as warm and helpful, although there have been some reports of inconsistency.

This spot was THE BEST off the beach snorkeling I’ve ever had!
Can’t guaranty it’s always like that, but given the choice to pay money for an excursion or visit Coral Gardens, I’d pick Coral Gardens 10 out of 10 times. I saw all variety of fish, monster spotted Eagle rays and I can’t say with 100% certainty but I’m fairly positive JoJo (google him) zoomed by, close enough for me to feel it, a few times when I was snorkeling which was just awesome!

Being an owner of a VRBO rental in another part of the world I found myself wanting more! Unit 4101 was a large ground floor two bedroom unit with 2.5 baths. Special note that this is the only unit that has the capability of accessing another adjoining room to increase the available space. The view of the ocean was compromised because of the vegetation but we decided that the ease of entry and access to the pool and the beach made it more desirable. The pool filtration pump did not work the entire time we were there and the water started to become murky over time. We never once saw any staff cleaning the pool or working on the grounds. Before we arrived at the Coral Gardens we stayed three nights at the West Bay Club. Much higher end with better amenities. You do pay twice as much to stay there so take that into consideration. The location was perfect and just about as close as you can get to the beach. Literally ten seconds from our patio. The condo unit itself was nice and it looked updated. Special note the bathrooms and all the flooring were very nice. The furniture was dated and not the most comfortable. Also the TV's were not smart tvs and outdated years ago. The Kitchen had everything we needed but it still seemed lacking. The two king sized beds were VERY hard. The beds were not lumpy nor sunk in where people normally sleep. Just Hard! No supply issues of hot water for my three teenage daughters and my girlfriend and I. This unit does have a newer stack washer and dryer which did work satisfactorily even though it was noisy. Oh that reminds me the unit itself was quiet. I could periodically hear people walking above me or carts being pushed outside. The sounds were not constant or a bother at all. I would have given the unit and the resort five stars but I feel there is some room for improvement first.

We stayed here during April 2019 spring break for a week. Family of 4 with 7 and 10 year old kids back then, now 9 and 13 for 18 nights. It was everything and more we had hoped for after staying home for almost two years. The perfect location is really the best on the Alexander National Park beaches. With the coral reef right at the door and Somewhere Cafe 20 steps from our patio. Like last time we opened a tab at Somewhere cafe and spent the first 10 days between the beach/cafe/apartment relaxing before we even rented a car for a few days. This is a perfect location for laid back Caribbean style and away from the crowd. Comparing to the other large scale resorts a mile or two down at the Grace Bay, this is is much quieter and family friendly place. All the rooms are much closer to the ocean/beach. And dining at Somewhere cafe is practically dinning on the beach. Small, cozy summarizes it out. The property managers Carolyn and Scott always goes above and beyond to address any of our concerns. Carolyn helped me to book the perfect unit that suits my family’s need for a long stay is another reason why we had such a great time. We are looking forward to another stay in the near future.
On the beach my friends Jerome and Maximus (I could had the names not absolutely right) always taken care of us with chairs and towels. They even collected things my kids left behind and bring them back to us the next day. They also constantly watching people snorkeling into the restricted area and blow whistle at them (it really doesn’t take a genius to understand that you aren’t supposed to snorkel into the circled area). We are have our share to protect the ocean and the reefs.
Activities: if you want to do excursions I highly recommend Kayaking tour to Iguana Island through Big Blue Collectives. Our tour girl is so knowledgeable and our 4 hours tour was a great experience. It had fundamental impact to my kids on what we can do to preserve the earth. Sunset and sunrise taken on the properties and our daily meal at Somewhere cafe. 😆

The price and snorkeling location were the main reasons we selected the complex. We stayed in a Grand Oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath room 2101/2102. On the way to the resort we stopped at the grocery store approx 5min away and loaded up on snacks and vacation food. When we first entered the room, the view and the color of the water took our breath away. The view was spectacular and the unit had large sliding glass patio doors that we had open all the time. We would go to the beach which had reserved seating/umbrellas for guests. Our schedule was wake up, grab some bfast, go to the beach, snorkel, jump in the pool, eat lunch at Somewhere Cafe, go to the room take a nap, then back to the beach, snorkel, jump in the pool, then shower up and go to dinner, then sit on the patio listen to the waves with an evening night cap. The only thing lacking was the lack of water park type amenities like slides and gigantic pools. We really did not miss any of those amenities since snorkeling was onsite and an activities booth is right on the beach if you wanted to get adventurous and parasail.
Recommended activities - Snorkel Coral Gardens, Caicos Fishing Tour, Caicos Dreams snorkeling tour.
Recommended Restaurants - Somewhere Cafe, Conch Shack, and Coco Bistro.
Also, highly recommended if your there on a Thurs. Attend the Fish Fry. We walked and the food/festivities were a blast.
Overall, this is the best product for the price on Grace Bay. When we go back, this is where we sill stay again.

Thank you for your review! It sounds like you enjoyed your stay at Coral Gardens and that you took full advantage of the ocean, fishing and boating excursions. It's pretty convenient to have the best cafe onsite "Somewhere Cafe" and the best snorkeling reef directly steps from your suite and boat excursions that pick up off the beach beside the reef. Thanks for recommending your favorite restaurants and glad you enjoyed 2101/02 ocean front grand suite. Please call us again when you need another vacation. Leanne 1-800-532-8536

Our 1 week stay at the Coral Gardens on Grace Bay was perfect! The beach was pristine, the coral reef directly off the shore was amazing for snorkeling, the people were incredibly friendly and accommodating and the service was topnotch. We stayed in room 4101 which was a lower level, 2 bedroom suite. It was beautiful and stocked with all necessary kitchenware/appliances. Having the "Somewhere Bar and Grill" located directly on the beach and outside the Condos was also very convenient for lunches/dinners and drinks. Jerome attended to our party each morning and throughout the day on the beach. He made sure we had chairs, tables and umbrellas set up exactly where we wanted each morning and would come move everything for us throughout the day as the tide and weather conditions changed. We explored quite a bit of the Provo island and we are quite confident that Coral Gardens was the perfect resort for us. We will be returning in the future and I will choose the Coral Gardens again over any of the other large all-inclusive resorts. I also want to mention the 2 gals at the front desk, whose names I have unfortunately forgotten, who took care of our every need from beach towels to scheduling of car rentals, scuba diving and parasailing.

We stayed in unit 2201/2202 for a week over Thanksgiving (family of 4) and WOW we were blown away from the time we booked our trip with Jaya to the time we gave the keys back to Prince when we checked out.
The property was well manicured and right on the beach. Our unit was huge, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked to handle our daily culinary adventures. The view from the wrap-around patio was the best I have ever seen and not to mention the moving walls opened the living room and kitchen to that amazing view. Our unit was also cleaned daily, and all trash removed; something I haven't seen done during covid...made it feel like vacationing again!
If you enjoy the beach and snorkeling, Coral Garden's has it both. Jerome met us each morning on the beach to help choose the perfect spot for our chairs and umbrella. He also had snorkeling gear to use, but we brought our own. The water was calm enough for both of our kids 5 and 8 to snorkel with life vests. Too many types of fish and coral to mention and definitely full of sea life. We only saw a sea turtle and string ray one day, but saw puffer fish every day.
Coral Garden's is centrally located on Grace Bay and is very easily accessible to all sides of the island and shopping.
If you’re looking for some adventure, beautiful views, great customer service, but also having some of your own space, this is the place for you. We liked it so much that we'll be back in July!!

This was our third time visiting Providenciales but our first time staying at Coral Gardens. It did not disappoint! We were one of only a handful of couples staying there, so at times it felt like we had the resort to ourselves. The location is a quick drive from the airport, grocery stores and Salt Mills shopping. The snorkeling right outside the resort is wonderful and you're bound to see a turtle or two. It's wonderful to have a casual restaurant like Somewhere Cafe right on site, making a late snack or drink incredibly convenient. Carolyn was so helpful and pleasant during the check in and out process. We arrived on an early flight and she was gracious enough to help with early check in. The entire staff was wonderful and always offering to help us in any way they could. Room 4101 is an absolute gem with two secluded bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. The furnishings and finishes are modern and the patio that walks out to the pool is such a fun touch. We loved absolutely everything about Coral Gardens and cannot wait to return!

We have stayed several times in condo 1101 /1102 and each and every time we are stunned the second we open the door to the condo!
A panoramic view of the white sand and turquoise waters awaits you and it is a breathtaking view to welcome you to Turks & Caicos - let alone a beautiful view for breakfast dining on the terrace or sunset drinks in the evening!
We counted the footsteps to the beach from our bed just to prove how close it is! 50 footsteps and you are there!! thats all!
Once on the beach you are immediately in front of the beautiful coral reef (the 2nd largest in the world after the great barrier reef!)
Snorkelling is an absolute must and we have spend many many hours in the beautifully clear water admiring the stunning reef and huge array or coral life.
Turtles are common on this reef and we have been lucky enough to see them several times!
It really is a tropical paradise.
Condo 1101 / 1102 has everything you need for a really comfortable stay.
Stylishly decorated “island style” with essential mod cons for self catering.
Washer, dryer, dish washer, large fridge freezer, tv in bedrooms and lounge as well as wifi.
We honestly would not stay anywhere else on the island as no accommodation is closer to the beach!
Forget staying at the large “beaches / sandals”hotel resorts! - in our experience all the guests that stay there end up walking the length of the beach to visit coral gardens reef anyway!
Proof that coral gardens is the best location.

This unit is on the top floor with amazing views of Grace Bay. This part of the bay is quieter and less crowded than the end with the large resorts (a plus in my book). The views from the condo/balcony are amazing. Besma in the office was so sweet and Jerome at the beach made sure we had the chairs and umbrella we wanted each day. There is a reef right in front of the condo, which is the reason we chose this resort. We snorkeled from the beach everyday. If you are looking for a posh resort with tons of activities, this is not the place for you. If you want a beautiful and quaint feel without the crowds, this spot is great. Unit 4303 was incredibly comfortable and quiet at night. Free laundry at the bottom of the stairs was a huge bonus. All towels are provided with beach towels being plentiful. Beware construction on a new resort is just getting started next door, which will likely block the sunset views from the balcony once it is constructed. They worked 3 days of our trip starting between 7:30-9am each day. It's so loud, you cannot enjoy the balcony during that time, but we did not mind since this is the time we went for exercise on the beach and snorkeled. The sound is not noticeable from the beach. Other buildings further east in the complex would be blocked from the noise.
You will need to rent a car to explore and go out for dinner. I recommend Grace Bay Car Rental since they are across the street at the airport when you exit the terminal. Car rental was much cheaper than in the US.
Lunch at Las Brisas at Neptune Villas followed by a 2 hour pontoon boat ride on Chalk Sound is a must. Follow that up by a sunset at Sapidillo Bay (walk there from Neptune Villas)
Other places that were excellent for lunch and/or dinner: Mr. Grouper, Turks Kebobs, Mango Reef, Bella Luna, Caicos Cafe.
Bottom line, the location and price cannot be beat! We will be back and would happily book this same unit.

Turks is expensive but this gem of a resort offers the perfect blend of amenities for a decent price. Coral Gardens is not too big and not too small. The staff is wonderful (Leanne and Verne were very helpful). We stayed in suite 4104 which was on the ground floor and allowed quick access to the pool and beach. The unit was nicely renovated with everything we needed for the week. The only minor issue was the safety deposit box which required a key for entry, since the keypad was broken. The beach and beautiful turquoise waters were absolutely amazing. Having the convenience of Somewhere Cafe (which served really good pub food for a decent price) right on the resort grounds came in handy on the days we didn't want to drive or cook in our unit. We will definitely return to Coral Gardens BUT the only caveat is the possible construction next door. For years, there has been rumors of construction by Andaz. There was only one bulldozer on site which didn't bother us. I would imagine that the one bedroom units in building # 4 would be most impacted by noise and dirt, once construction really got up and running.

No room service but Somewhere Café is just down on the beach.
That's strange. We were there in December and they were pretty full and booked well ahead. So I can't imagine that this well-run, well-kept resort is closed. Customer service was excellent, so I'm surprised you haven't heard from them. Have you tried calling?
