This is a very clean hotel. It's very quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and polite, the food was very good. The beach was wonderful, it was perfect for snorkeling. While we were snorkeling we saw beautiful corals and many colorful fish (Parrotfish, Angelfish, Lionfish,Blue tangs, etc.)We can't wwit to go back.

Right on Grace Bay Beach with gorgeous white sand, friendly beach attendant and 3 kicks from Bight Reef with beautiful snorkeling. Saw sea turtles, eagle rays, coral and fish with ease. Somewhere restaurant on premises had good food and overlooked the beach.

I thought I was booking a place with a fitness center. It turns out that they have 3 different management companies and 3 different web sites. The one that claims to be the "Official" site does not have a fitness center. They also claim that all their suites are beachfront, they are not. Most of them should be called ocean...

Beautiful second story balcony porch overlooking the beach. Condo was not as clean as it could have been and the furniture was in good condition but not tasteful. Everything worked well. Location is the best on the bay!

Just got back from a week and we loved it! The location is great for many reasons: snorkeling is DIRECTLY in front of this place, we saw many people schlepping their stuff up the beach to snorkel here; not far from the grocery store (not walkable but a 4 minute car ride); easy ride from airport; quick ride to other...

Our trip to the Turks was a first for us, even though we have been to many islands on the caribbean. We stayed on the third floor penthouse suite - #1301. The unit was very clean, with two king suites which was great as we were traveling with another couple. The view from the extended patio was simply amazing. The...

We decided to go to Turks and Caicos for our 30th anniversary. I was intrigued with the idea of having a condo with hotel amenities. The property doesn't have a "wow" factor when one drives up, but the place is lovely. Our unit was very well furnished and had everything we needed. The balconies/patios all face Grace Bay, but I...

As far as the property goes, #4-205, it was well kept. This unit was second to the last away from the beach, to the left as you face the beach, second floor. First floor units cannot see anything but bushes and the pool, but you can walk out from the unit. Immediately to the left there was a vacant lot...

We stayed for a week in a beautiful condo here. All of the condos are privately owned: the property is beautifully maintained and the condos are well- equipped and very comfortably furnished. The staff is outstanding: helpful, friendly, gracious, always going the extra mile to ensure your comfort. Our special thanks to: Ted (owner) Tyler, Carolyn and Besma (wonderful office...
