We were lucky enough to spend just under a week at The Palms, and it was awesome. The staff was nothing but helpful. We bought an additional package through them, although I don't necessarily like the name, the Passion Package was awesome, and well worth the additional money. They helped arrange everything. We had a couple of times where our...

We reviewed a number of St. Croix resorts on Trip Advisor and chose The Palms at Pelican Cove based mostly on reviews. It exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a mid size resort with nice a beach, pool, wi-fi, bar and dining on premises. We also wanted something reasonably close to Christiansted but still had the feeling of seclusion....

We spent a week at The Palm away from the cold Danish weather in March 2017. The weather and the view here was magnificent. The rooms were OK clean, but the wifi at our room -no 28- did not work. But unfortunately I shall have to warn you against eating at the restaurant. The service is the slowest I have...

Happy to hear that you were satisfied with your stay at the hotel, but sorry that your experience at the restaurant left something to be desired. The week that you were here the hotel was fully booked and the restaurant was extremely busy - breakfast, lunch and dinner. So the wait times stretched out much longer than usual, and longer...

This is a 3 1/2 star hotel but if you look past that the hospitality of the staff and owner make you feel like you are a part of their family. We absolutely loved our stay. Every room has a water/beach view. So even if you choose a garden room you will still have a view of the beach. We...

The Palms at Pelican Cove was more than I imagined. My sister and I made a quick 5 day trip for a short break from reality and the Alabama winter. I can honestly say it's the first time I've ever been sad to come home. From the moment we arrived I knew we were in for a unique experience. I...

The Palms at Pelican Cove is such a gem! From the moment I arrived until I left, I was treated like royalty, spoiled actually. The service I received is second to none and the accommodations far exceeded my expectations. What an amazing staff! Although everyone was so helpful and friendly, I must name a few individuals that really stood out...

Spent six wonderful nights at the Palms for some much needed R and R. Room number 21 was ground level with a walkout to the beach and perfectly manicured gardens. Service at the Palms is second to none and the friendliness of the staff is contagious. While some reviewers consider the resort dated, I would highly recommend as it is...

We were looking for a pet friendly hotel near Christiansted and this was the only one so we didn't know what to expect. From the minute the manager came on to the phone to the last hour we were treated like family and royalty at the same time. Perfect beachside room, food and bar (thanks Rico!) better than excellent, and...

Older resort, maintained well, on the beach, friendly staff, enjoyed the open air restaurant for breakfast and for their Caribbean Dinner on Monday nights featuring "Jombies" (stilt walkers), local line-dancers and fire dancers. Our room/patio faced the ocean and the view through the plans and plantings to the ocean were amazing.

If you are looking for a high end 5* property this is not for you. However, if you are looking for a laidback, friendly, comfortable, and fun property you found the right location. The hotel is in a central location and easy to drive to shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The hotel has a restaurant and bar on site which makes...
