Wow. Just amazing. The food, the views, the service, was 5 star! I cannot think of one bad thing to say about this resort. It is, without question, one of the nicest places I have ever been. Our room was very spacious, very clean, had a beautiful ocean view, and a large balcony. We went with the all inclusive package...

Amazing place, more than enough activities to enjoy on property. The staff is friendly and professional from check-in to the bar to the beach. I would highly recommend Frenchmans Reef to friends with kids or large groups as there's room to spread out and enjoy. Mellisa and Will are great guides and it's a really fun adventure at night in...

The hotel was very pretty, there were three pools, huge beach and a great view every where you went. The first day I was there I was a little disappointed though, the staff was rude, especially when we went to check in. We tried to ask for reccomendations on where to eat and got snippy answers. Asked about town and...

Here's my quickest possible review: 3rd time on St. Thomas, 1st time at this hotel (we, my wife and I, booked thru orbitz). Approximately $35 per day charge when you check out. Free wifi, safe and coffee in room (theyre hard to find), free local calls. We stayed at "the reef" and were upgraded at no cost to an ocean...

Dear Valued Guest, The fish gather around the lights. I agree; it really is something to see these creatures at night in their natural environment. I am very pleased to hear Melissa and Nate were exceptional, especially making sure all participants had a great time. Thank you for recognizing them. We will too. Best, JP, General Manager

Lovely property. The grounds are well kept, rooms have great air conditioning and the beach is a great option as well. Hotel is pleasant and helpful with needs. Iguanas on the grounds can be a bit intimidating, but they are use to people and are harmless.
