St John is an incredible expensive island. However, I have zero regrets visiting this island - it's a paradise. Two things you need to know: 1) YOU NEED A CAR and really it needs to be a SUV to get up these hills. 2) You should stay central. These two things are important to know, because the roads are incredibly...

I stayed at St. John Inn for 4 nights based on the recommendations on Trip Advisor and I was not disappointed. Wonderful owner and staff. The room was very clean and I enjoyed the continental breakfast and rum punch sunsets. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Just a short stay. I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. The place is clean, well maintained but old. Funky fun paint colors abound. They have coolers, beach chairs and towels for your use. The A/C works well. The included breakfast is not to be missed, and the nightly rum punch is a nice touch. This is not five...

We enjoyed this hotel. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to town, where there are lots of great restaurants and bars and several shops. The staff at the hotel are wonderful. They are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the daily breakfast. They also provide a rum punch at sunset each night. The rooms were clean and comfy.

What a unique & comfortable place to stay. Continental breakfast. Happy hour. Walking distance to shops & restaurants. Small boutique inn. Would definitely stay here again! You have to be able to do stairs. Lots of ups & downs

Very nice little hotel, brightly colored, at walking distance from the center of Cruz Bay. The room was very clean and the staff very welcoming and helpful. There was a problem with the plumbing in the bathroom when we arrived so we had to delay the check-in for a couple of hours until the problem was fixed. However they gave...

Spotless Caribbean decor inside and out. Great location for walking to Cruz Bay. Bed was so comfy we didn't want to get up. The only issue was the shower -- please change the showerhead to more than a trickle -- one shouldn't have more water coming out of the sink than the shower!

We loved everything about this place. The room was very clean and you can tell the staff take pride in what they do. The bed was incredibly comfy and the linens too. You are a 5 min walk from the ferry dock.
