Wemt here to spend the day when our cruise stopped at the port for the day. Only a ten minute walk from the port. Did some shopping on the way to ams from the Hilton as you walk past on the way. Sidewalks all the way there. Was $65 a person but you get a towel and $40 food and...

The day pass was $60 per person if you arrange it in advance, which is easy to do on-line. You pay a $12 per person deposit on-line and the rest at the hotel check-in desk. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the pier (they give excellent directions with an email they send you), on the way back you...

We had a great time. The beach is so nice and they keep it clean and raked. Our food was slow and they apologized profusely. The free snorkeling and the toys for the kids on the beach was a great touch. Can't wait to go back. loved the pools as well. Near a lot of little flea market type shopping...

Average hotel, $100 per day for "energy surcharge," "energy surcharge VAT," "cleaning gratuity," "resort fee," and "resort fee VAT." Hotel ok, nothing special, small beach with view of massive cruise liners and not much else. Litter in pool. Business hotel feel. Apparently only $60 for a day pass for the hotel so cheaper resort charges if you don't actually stay...

Arrived at 7.30 pm (off a long haul flight) to check in but told room not available for another 2-3 hours. Was given a $40 voucher towards (not even the full cost of) the cost of dinner and asked to hang around till the room was ready. Finally got to in my room at 9.45 pm. The hotel had decided...

The bed was most comfortable and the pillows. The room was clean and maid service insured that I had more than enough towels. Overall my stay was very good. Food was very good in aqua restaurant. I believe that is the name.

This place needs a new coat of paint. In comparison to all the Hiltons I've stayed in this one seems like it hasn't been updated in years. The staff was amazing and drinks were flowing. The hotels in a great location with a beachfront and around the corner from all of the bars and restaurants.

I stay here for my business trips. Will switch to another hotel. Not worth the stay for the price. Facilities are old especially in the bathrooms the fixtures are rusting and the shower needs updating. Its central and the staff are nice but they need to update the facilities. Overpriced.

Currently staying here for business. If this was 75$ no-name hotel I would probably let it be... but for the Hilton and what they charge? Checked me into another guest's room (yes I walked in while the poor lady was changing), my room had pee in the toilet, no dental kits, wifi that barely works.... Been around the world in...

I want to come back. Nice place but be prepared to pay for food in the restaurant. There are plenty of other options in a small walk. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are proportional. No hot tube or steam room.

Situated on downtown Nassau’s only private beach and the site of Old Fort Nassau, the British Colonial Hilton in the Bahamas has undergone a multi-million renovation throughout all areas of the hotel, and offers a taste of the island’s rich history, along with some of the most modern amenities for both business and vacation travelers. What’s more the hotel is only 25 minutes from Nassau (Lynden Pindling International) Airport. The hotel is a true Bahamian experience with a marble-tiled lobby and is studded with palm trees under a skylight ceiling. There are 288 luxuriously appointed guest rooms with harbor or island views. All rooms are furnished with tasteful decor, complemented by separate shower and bathtub. One-bedroom suites offer a separate living area with sofa bed, and Executive accommodations are also available along with the Executive Lounge, where attentive hotel staff assures that every need and whim will be met during your stay. Recreational activities are convenient and varied for leisure and business travelers alike. A 300-ft long private white sand beach is furnished with lounge chairs and thatched sunshades overlooking the harbor offering a peaceful and secluded access for an ocean swim or a day in the sun. Use of kayaks and snorkeling gear on the beach is complimentary. Bordered on one side by a tropical garden, the hotel's freshwater pool offers harbor views and has an expansive sundeck with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Both the sundeck and beach offer views of cruise ships moored nearby, and of the western tip of Paradise Island, 300 yards offshore. Guests can snooze in hammocks on the lawn adjacent to the pool. The property can also organize trips out reef snorkeling island exploring, boating, golf, tennis and scuba diving. For dining options, Aqua is a fun, casual restaurant serving international favorites with a Caribbean flair, or guests can meet up for cocktails at the Bullion Bar.
