Stayed here recently (late April). We didn't get to Paradise Island, so I can't compare other hotels. It was a four star in my book. Spacious room. When we returned a week later, we were upgraded to a suite. The beds are very comfortable, bathrooms spacious. Contrary to many of the reviews I'd read, every staff person we encountered was...

I found the hotel to be nice overall. My room had a view of the sea and was very comfortable. My only issue was that I believe I should have received more amenities for the price I paid. At least internet should be free at $350 per night. Its a good place with a great location.

It's a decent hotel and the staff were very friendly/helpful but it just doesn't have a resort feel. The pool area smelled like diesel fumes and the giant cruise ships coming through the harbor and parking right next to the beach (7 of them in the two days we were there) detract from the setting. They did have plenty of...

We bought a day pass here last week for our Nassau stop on our Disney cruise. The hotel was easy to find from port and only a 10 minute walk. The pool was clean and quiet and our kids were the only ones in the pool. The pool had some round cabanas with curtains so you could escape the sun...

The British Colonial Hilton is in a great location for both restaurants, the Port and some historical sites. This hotel is better suited for the casual tourist but tries to accommodate the business traveler. During my visit the island had a problem with the power supply system and as a result the hotel operated on a generator for most of...

Dear Guest, Greetings from British Colonial Hilton Nassau! Our property is indeed an historic landmark in the heart of downtown Nassau, and we are extremely glad you enjoyed the location. We are very sorry for the inconsistencies which were encountered while with us. There was an island wide electrical failure and our internal generator also experienced mechanical failure; therefore causing...

This is a great place to stay - Breakfast is the best I have had in any hotel. Great and safe location. If in Nassau, for business or with family the Hilton is the place to stay. I encourage couples to make this hotel a weekend date night.

We stayed here for two nights in April. The hotel was fairly quiet. The room was spacious and very comfortable with a view out to the pool and beach and we enjoyed the novelty of watching huge cruise ships manoeuvring in the bay while we lay in bed. The bathroom was of a good size with an excellent shower. In...

A group of three of us spent an extended weekend stay here and it was amazing. The hotel room was nice and spacious and very clean.
