Breakfast was included since I am a Hilton Gold member. Go to Andros at Fish Fry for the best local lunch and dinner food. The portions can feed 2 people. You can walk 15 minutes along the beach to Andros or get on the local #10 bus in front of the hotel next to McDonalds for $1.25. There is a meal plan if you get a day pass for cruise passengers. Breakfast is expensive at the hotel but McDonalds and Dunkin Donuts are right outside the hotel if you are on a budget.
