This was our second stay. We enjoyed the first trip so we came again. Staff is very accommodating and pleasant. Food at the restaurants and buffet is good. Close to the Atlantis if you want to go to the casino. I would not suggest spending your money on a pedicure at the spa. Although the staff was very pleasant the pedicure was not worth $90. No massaging chair, no real foot tub. Just one of those home foot tubs you plug in. Water wasn’t very warm. No foot massage. No hot stones. It was less than what I do on my own at home. Please don’t waste your money on a bad pedicure. I was truly shocked that a resort would offer this for the price they charge.

So far so good. 2nd day here, staff very pleasant, stand restaurant host so far is Miss Richardson ( affectionately called Sugar). She is really really outgoing. Very patient when you are asking questions, waits for you to finish before answering. Gives great recommendations on where to find what you want. Even when she is busy she deals with everyone unhurriedly. Amazing attribute. Go see CJ (Coconut Joe) on the beach, if you want real coconut water, where else can you get a refill of Pina-colada. ...more to come.

My 2 friends and I went for 4 nights. We are all 50 and pretty picky! I don't know why people are writing poor reviews. The place is beautiful; directly on the beach. It's not a huge resort so if that's what you're looking for, stay at Atlantis or BahaMar. We visited both of those resorts. Both are beautiful but we prefer a smaller hotel experience. Everyone is nice!! My only complaint (like others on here) was the volume of the DJ at the pool. We had no trouble getting into the formal restaurants. Yes, you may have to wait in line for a brief time, but they bring you drinks! We definitely plan to go back!
