The theme here is pretty accurate - the suites at the Reef are spectacular; the ocean view is great; and the ANYTHING purchased on the property is outrageously priced (and then the add 15% gratuity). The secret to getting around the usurious pricing is to pick up a car at the airport. Stop at the Quality Market on West Bay...

Our room at the Reef was lovely, as was the pool and the gorgeous and quiet beach. The water park on the adjacent property was fantastic for the kids. Service levels in general high to very high, though some issues with pool staff at the Reef being scarce and inattentive. (Very hard to order drinks or food at the Reef...

To sum it up, Atlantis is like a cruise ship on land. The beaches were crowded, and full of drunk rude spring break kids, and parents. The staff contributed to the these issues by reserving beach chairs for a select few and continuing to serve drunk students. I cannot recommend this trap to anyone.

My hubs and I had the most incredible time in the Bahamas while staying at The Reef Atlantis. Our days were mainly filled with lounging by the beach, playing in the sand, riding the River Current, hanging at the sports bar, and trying our luck at the casino. We asked for a nice room and had an awesome view on...

Just got back from a 5 night vacation. The reef was a good choice for us, ( couple) no children in tow. Most reviews give plenty of information so I'll add a few notes to consider. Rooms are expensive, so change your room if unhappy. We had a terrible low floor harbor view overlooking a white roof and little else....

Full kitchen, living room, two bathrooms (one huge master plus second smaller full bath) huge bedroom and huge balcony. The bedroom had a huge wall of windows overlooking the beach. Just outside our building was a pool and the...

Reef Atlantis is certainly the best place to stay in Bahamas when you are off with family. The rooms are spacious adorned with eclectic decor. First thing you wake up to is the fantastic view of the turquoise bay. The room is equipped with cutlery and cooking equipments to help you cook a meal as a family together. We tried...

My wife and I recently stayed at the Reef. We were upgraded from floor two to 19. Corner studio with wrap around balcony. We could enjoy spectacular view of dolphin show and all of Atlantis. Great to have cooktop and ordered food from foodstore2go. Great to have breakfast in suite each day. Staff was exceptional and we look forward to...
