The whole trip was a scam and a sham! The resort was mediocre at best. We had to cross the street to get to our room. The room was sizable but I would have preferred a second bedroom to a full kitchen. The mattress was old, as were the linens. The bedroom air conditioner was less than a foot from...

Not unusual to wait 25 minutes for a drink. Check in isn't until 4 pm. Paid for an ocean view room thru grand celebration and was given a marina view. Food mediocre, lots of added fees you probably didn't expect. Food delivery at dinner extremely slow. Housekeeping doesn't really exist. Trash removed from room (maybe). Beds not made up. Extra...

The Island Sea Resort was comfortable with a very friendly staff. The rooms were clean, large , had kitchen facilities and comfortable beds. It is not fancy, however, the accommodations are fine if you are not looking for something upscale. Do not eat at the restaurants as the service is slow and the food average. Instead if you go onto the...

Great vacation for myself and my family. It was really awesome. The hotel was nice and staff was excellent. Looking forward to travel there next year. Room needs a little TLC. Bed was a little small for myself and wife. Kitchen supplies were adequate.

We were booked in this hotel because the Gran Lucayan being closed due to the last huricane. We were open minded despite we have paid extra fees to be ocean front..we have been assigned a room on the other side of the street. Hotel kept the rooms located on beach side for their RCI clients and we were told they...

Booked a four night trip here. This is a timeshare hotel. Conned into a timeshare presentation after being told my stay included free tours. Their only focus is is to sell. I certainly wasn't buying. Our room was OK but bed was awful. Called front desk and asked for clean towels and finally got them 2 days later only after...

I loved staying at the island seas! The resort is lovely, and the staff is very friendly. Service at the a la carte restaurant was very slow for dinner but was great during breakfast. Coconuts bar had great food and very fast service. They were not able to accommodate late check out and their checkout time was very early (10:00...

We went to Island Seas Resort from 04/04/2017 and left on 04/06/2017. This could have been the worst two nights that I have stayed in a hotel. 1. When we checked in we realized they try to suck you into a Timeshare Routine, We paid premium rates to stay here and I don't like to be harassed at check-in. 2....

I'm not sure where to begin. We are time share members and this has been our home base for over 10 years. This time was a disaster. I totally understand that the Bahamas have been hit mercilessly by hurricanes, however the website said that they were open and that all facilities were in order. We had been bragging to our...

Let me first say that the resort will charge you for every little thing and then double charge you. We paid our $15 per person per night in advance through booking.com and they charged us again for the fees. I to get them to refund the amount and I would get transferred around and then put on hold. Could never...
