We are a new hotel on Exuma, in the midst of a transition, striving to bring you casual but fine dining, ensuring you have fun, minimizing your impact on the environment and maybe teaching you something along the way. Our on-site marine biologist Nicole will be happy to assist you in your personal discovery of the local flora and fauna. She has also implemented many environmental reforms guiding the resort to a more sustainable and harmonious place without hindering quality nor comfort. Because her passion lies with the ocean, Nicole is very knowledgeable about the marine environment and is willing to help you organize excursions. You can experience the world famous swimming pigs, James Bond's Thunderball Grotto, the world's oldest marine conservation park or discover the life beneath the turquoise, clear water. We want you to have a nice, relaxing holiday, enjoying local customs and activities, but ultimately coming back to the comfort of your ocean view room with private balcony. Here you can enjoy coffee in the morning or Caribbean cocktails as the sun sets. We would love to share our passions and values with you, in a way that will only enhance your vacation, leaving your footprints in the pristine white sand, and not on the environment. We are not a chain hotel, therefore we offer the ultimate personalized experience for every guest, including young adventurers. We look forward to sharing our piece of paradise with you, and your visit.

This is a laid-back, short on frills resort, and we just loved it. I can stay in a fancy hotel anywhere. When I go to the Bahamas, I want my bikini and a gorgeous, uncrowded beach. Exuma Palms was perfect for us.
The staff members were kind and accommodating. Jasmine and Paulette are both beautiful and both mix some great drinks! They serve up some really good food as well. We brought back some conch and lobster from a trip with Bonefish Ollie, and the chef cooked it up perfectly. Meals take time in the Bahamas, as there is usually one server and one chef for an entire restaurant, but we got with that island vibe and enjoyed some delicious food. Beef and fish tacos, chopped salad with grilled shrimp, steak and potatoes, and curried chicken were some favorites.
The beds were comfortable, the room was super-clean, and the view from our second floor balcony was stunning. Showers were the one challenge. If we wanted hot water, there was almost no water pressure. We were off boating or at the beach all day though, so this was a sacrifice we could make in exchange for the tranquil beauty of this lovely place. Beach towels were sometimes hard to come by too, so I recommend bringing a few microfibre ones if you come, or buy some at the market like we did. The owner, Dwight, has plans to renovate and update things a bit, but I almost hate to see that happen, because I love the small size and laid-back nature of the Exuma Palms.
If we wanted to climb trees and get down coconuts, they let us, and even helped us split them open. Cordera, I may not spell your name right, but thank you for your patience with our crew. We played volleyball, used the kayaks, swam out to the reef, and generally enjoyed everything this place had to offer.
Please don't change things too much Dwight! You have a real treasure in Exuma Palms and in your fabulous staff.
PS Your New Year's Eve fireworks were amazing! Thanks for a great start to 2020!

Currently, at Emerald Bay, having a great time. Came down for the 1st time for our 20th anniversary.
My husband and I have met some lovely people especially the staff.
The Concierge was amazing they brought us to our room we’re very knowledgeable and very friendly.

The jerk shack serves a jerk fish made by Chef Wesley which is amazing!! The server Lashan was attentive and wonderful, she helped me through a tough situation today.
Such a good person.
But the icing on the cake was Juanita the executive head of housekeeping. We shared with her about the year we had in 2019 and how we just wanted to celebrate our 20th anniversary after a difficult year and she her us.

She set the things in motion along with Erika who we spoke with earlier.
The design and display we came back to in the room was so beautiful!!!
Teodra our room attendant made did an amazing job with rose pedals, heart shaped display , top off with cheese , desserts, crackers and champagne!!!
Finally, we felt so special for our anniversary!

Thank you to all of the staff we have had the pleasure of meeting while we been here.
Can wait for tomorrow!!
Shot out to the Tevin who makes the best Piña colada daiquiri’s and the other young lady who made the special punch for my husband with Jack Daniels she was in the French restaurant

This was my first time in Exuma, and the staff at Exuma Palms Hotel and the Blue Conch Restaurant and Bar couldn't have been better. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The room was spotless and very clean with a beautiful ocean view over looking the pool. We tried many dishes at the restaurant and were satisfied with the quality of food provided. The fish and conch were amazing. They ran out of my favorite liquor while I was there and made a special trip to get more so I could enjoy the exact beverage I wanted. I cannot speak any higher of the staff at this resort. The beach was so beautiful and untouched it felt like it was my own private beach. We will be booking another stay at this location next year.

This property is falling apart. No beach furniture no staff, disgusting rooms. Not a resort. Basically a motel that should cost no more than $50 a night. Of the 3night booking we only stayed the first we were grossed out. When we asked for money back the guy who Leases the property from land owners kept it. Do NOT book this lie!

The location is perfect for getting around to both ends of the island (a rental car is a must). The beautiful setting is peaceful and quiet. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The Blue Conch restaurant, which is part of the resort, offers fresh and locally sourced options for dinner. The food is outstanding! The chef is all about quality and pleasing the patrons. The food is some of the best we have ever had. We plan to return next year.

The "hotel" shouldn't even be open in it's current state. Our group had to switch rooms numerous times, as water & air conditioning would frequently stop working. The entire hotel is a construction zone, with hammers banging at 8am and concrete blocks & rusty nails scattering the grounds. It's admirable they are trying to renovate, but as it stands, they don't have most of the amenities they claim to have. The staff didn't seem to care, and never once apologized for inconveniences.
Avoid until the hotel is actually in working order.

I stayed here 3 nights. I loved the location, 5 miles from the airport. The beach here is gorgeous. Nice swimming pool with plenty of chairs. The hotel is small and not 5⭐️ luxurious but the rooms, restaurant and pool were very clean. The staff here is also very friendly and accommodating. They have a restaurant/bar attached to the hotel which serves lunch and dinner, sometimes breakfast. The owner
went out of his way to accommodate our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a place that's quiet and relaxing.

Best kept secret! The beach is fabulous! The staff is amazing! The drinks were delicious! The rates were reasonable! Bed was comfy and bathroom was clean! (little water pressure issue but no big deal)...you can't get a better deal on Farmer's Hill Beach, adjacent to Three Sisters Beach. If you're looking for a no-frills, laid-back, 3-star, R&R, and great beach walking every day, this is your spot!

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! The views, the customer service, Joel’s personal attention (GM) and the food! My husband and I came here and couldn’t believe the unbelievable view of the turquoise water just feet away from our bedroom. If you want to experience a true Exuma island experience, stay here! Thank you!
