We booked 3 weeks in advance with the Hotel directly which was much easier and the lady I spoke to was great and our additional needs for a sofa bed was not a problem at all. Central location which was perfect for our family gathering in Neath itself. Large room to accommodate a family of four and very modern, clean...

My brother contacted them at least a month in advance of a celebratory meal for our cousins anniversary. my wife is vegetarian with a garlic allergy, so emails were sent and my brother went there to speak to the chief, and received conformation emails back about the dietary needs. When we sat down for the meal there was nothing prepared...

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights to attend my niece's wedding. The staff were wonderful and always ready to help with booking taxi's and giving directions to restaurants etc. The rooms were great. Really good standard for a 3 star hotel. The breakfasts were cooked to order and were really tasty. Finally, a shout out to the manager...

Everything about this hotel is brilliant. The rooms are finished very well and have good modern decor. All are very clean and maintained well. Would recommend a stay in this hotel when in the area. The price is more than reasonable. A good price for the style of hotel.

Stayed overnight for a work trip on a Thursday evening. Arrived late around 9pm. Was lucky to get on the small car park. Check in was easy. The female receptionist was welcoming. Rooms were large and comfortable with lovely fixtures and fittings. There was a full size ironing board and iron tucked away in a wardrobe. We were too late...

An overnight stay at the bluebell was not a disappointment ... the room was beautiful. Comfy bed, lovely furnishings, fab bathroom. Lovely selection of tea and coffee in the room. We were a bit surprised however, to find the advertised mini bar EMPTY!! Parking is difficult at the hotel, the carpark holds only 4 to 5 cars and on street...
